No one came to clean the room, I stayed 5 nights and didn't get my room cleaned once. I had rubbish in the bin sitting there for days and the bathroom mat was very wet and had to use the same one for the whole stay.

Room was small and basic with no room facilities apart from shower gel/shampoo. Although breakfast was lovely, you could only choose one item from a list of six or so. We were not able to pay for anything there by card, only cash.

Hotel and room was clean and comfortable, breakfast and food were delicious (and very cheap compared to UK), staff friendly, relaxed atmosphere, great location for beach (less than ten minute walk). Was very reasonably priced and good value for money.

There didn’t seem to be a daily cleaning service of the room, which is not the worst but was expected. Need to upgrade the seating space as it was full when we tried to go down for breakfast - I imagine this is due to the extension. Really minor issues really, fantastic value for money

Maybe a little overpriced..and the common area could use a few more seating areas. We got put in a different room to the one we originally booked I believe - but it was totally fine. They are in the process of extending - and the new additions look really good! This will sort any of the minor notes above.

Great location in the village, with only a short walk to the beach. Close to local shops and eateries. Nice pool area + tasty included breakfast. Rooms are well done, comfortable and clean. The staff member Akis was especially helpful. Would stay again!

Room itself was smaller than expected, we also didn’t have a balcony (we were upstairs) Very close to mosques if you are a light sleeper.

I enjoyed my stay here. At first the shower wasn’t draining & someone came to fix it the following day. The location is good, few eateries around & massage across the road. Walkable to the beach. Breakfast was yummy, and staff lovely but not always around.

In therms of the space, the place itself, pool and shared spaces are quite small so it doesn’t feel comfortable and relaxing. I’d say that rooms on the ground floor with a terraces (small) are much better than those on the 1st floor without terraces. The vibe was ok. Also I think that the surroundings need to be cleaned and looked after because it feels a bit neglected. Bathroom needs some attention as well. Maybe this place looked nice one, two years ago but now it needs some works done.

The room was clean and comfortable, bedlinen and towels were fresh. Breakfast was good, they have very nice real sourdough toast. The area was quiet, good location, staff were friendly and helpful.

We were more disappointed in the fact that there appears to be no distinction between Deluxe rooms and Standard Rooms. We thought we were getting a room beside the pool but theses were fully booked, therefore the photos do not give a true reflection on what room you will actually receive. The pool has very few bean bags to sit on and there is insufficient shade in the mid-day, unless you wish to sit at the dining area, but there is also the option to go to the beach where there are sun loungers and umbrellas for rental. The pool area has green moss growing around the paving stones, again not surprising with the amount of rain that Lombok receives, but should be maintained better. There is a large building site adjacent, where we believe the hotel complex is being expanded, we believe we should have been informed and the price reflect this.

The room was pleasantly decorated and comfortable, we slept well. Air con worked well and the mosquito net was essential and efficient. The shower room/toilet was dingy and suffered from damp which is not surprising for Indonesia., but workable. Breakfast was good. The beach nearby is fabulous, with an excellent restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner - we will be returning to the beach. We were fine to stay there for a few days but wasn't ideal for a longer stay as an older couple.

It looks like they are expanding the property nearby, however, it would be good if they invested some money in renovating this one. The photos on booking are a bit dated, as in reality the place is a bit more run down now. The staff really did their best, but we had the feeling that the owners kind of neglect them and the place, as there we some issues that maybe could have been dealt with more quickly (lack of clean towels, the wifi was down for more than a day etc,).

Ola Ola was really nice, the room comfortable, the pool really nice and the staff were great. Its a bit of a walk to the beach, its just along the road, about 10-15 mins, which is fine.

Noisy evenings (the prayer calls from the mosque is no joke, like I saw a comment about it and thought it's just for a moment and will be fine with earplugs but ohno, it was on for two hours+ until after 11pm and no earplugs would help), tired ac, mosquitos in the room but spray and net worked well. The place feels a bit overall not taken care of which is unfortunate, it's nicely built and decorated but will just get worse and worse if they don't care about it.

Good budget option, nice but somewhat small breakfast. Bed and pillows are comfortable.

There are very loud sounds coming from the pumps/water pipes all throughout the day and into the night which woke us up a few times. But other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

We got a room that was quite near the water pump. the water pump fills up the tank that they have on the roof but the tank was leaking and therefore the water pump would never stop. it would always turn on during the night and it was quite loud. we could not really sleep with the noise. also we had the problem that the water tank was on top of our bathroom and there was water flowing down the wall all day and night.. we did not realize at first and all of our "drying" clothes got wet. we informed the staff. i hope they fixed that.

We liked the hotel, it was clean and had a nice vibe. The rooms were nice and clean too. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. They start preparing it the moment you order it if they are not to busy. the pool is small bu niche and it is quite confortable to chill around the pool
