    Everyone was very friendly, the dorm was clean and the location is great.

    There was not a lot of storage room the dorm and/or in the bathroom. Just some simple trays would help for storing parts of your luggage, or your clothes for example when you are taking a shower.

    Small cramped up rooms with no space to put things Dirty bathroom/smelly no hooks for clothes No trash in the room The staff didn’t really care - i booked it cause of the positive reviews about them and was misled. Communication was really bad cause they barely spoke english so organizing anything was a hustle.

Before guests make reservations, we do provide clear photographs of our room conditions on our website. - - Regarding the bathroom issue, we take bathroom cleanliness very seriously and regularly clean it to our standard. However, since we share bathrooms, it can be challenging to ensure that they are always completely clean due to the frequent use. We encourage you to directly inform us if you believe the bathroom is unclean. If you prefer to complain online, we will do our best to address the issue. - - We have installed three different trash bins in the common area, just outside the rooms, as we believed this would not be a significant problem. - - We are considering installing hooks for clothing in each bed, as you suggested. - - Regarding the lack of staff service, we regret that our main staff member, Santi, was unable to work for two weeks due to illness. She typically handles guest inquiries at the hostel. The other staff is just assistant. While she may not be fluent in English, she is a kind and attentive individual. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. - - We also experienced two instances of late pickups. We understand that this is not our fault, as we are merely agents who follow the instructions of the Sunrise Company and Gili T Fast boats. We have already complained to them to ensure that their pickups are on time in the future. In conclusion, we appreciate your feedback and understand that it is important to us. We are committed to improving our services and would like to address your concerns in the future. We would like to inform you that we do not generate substantial profits from your paid accommodations due to the low rates you have paid for the room within the facilities we offer. However, your negative review significantly impacts our online reputation, making it more challenging for our local business to survive. We recommend considering a stay at a higher-rated hotel, such as a Private Room, to receive better service.     This was my second time booking someday extended Nua House in Bali. This place feels like staying at home. The prices are very fair, and the guest rooms are clean with fresh air conditioning. The owner is friendly, and they have 3 cute boys at Nua House. The housekeeper, Judi, is also very nice. I appreciate that Lin helped me arrange a Sunrise tour. Nua House still offers good breakfast. The third floor has good views of the mountains, and you can see a nice sunrise in the morning. The Wi-Fi connection in the room area is very strong. Overall, Nua House provides a comfortable and welcoming stay with helpful staff and great amenities.

    Likes: good location, staff and owner provide to the best of their ability. Good storage under the bed for luggage. Own bed light. Dislikes: maybe I am just unlucky to have been assigned the lower bunk next to the bathroom and other guests can be dirty and inconsiderate and kept leaving the door open after using. I had to remind them to please close the door as some of them were having LBM (i could hear the "explosions" while they are inside) and the stench is ughhh despite the privacy curtains.

    Very friendly staff and excellent location in the center of Ubud. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Everything was very clean. There is a small breakfast included in the price, which was delicious. I would recommend this accommodation!

    Just a very small remark, but the pressure of the shower was very low and our airconditioning didn't work 100% but still good enough.

    Very good located near the Ubud Palace. You can park your Scooter right in front of the house entrance. Breakfast is delicious. WiFi works good. Very friendly Ladies are working there.

    Really good location and nice staff! The place is more of a home stay and I really liked it! Beds where really comfortable, the balcony and lounge was really nice! Very cheap too!
