Breakfast-The only thing that let the Hotel down in my opinion, particularly the coffee. Serving area way too small for such a decent sized and excellent hotel.

Location-The beach to see the Turtles being right across from the hotel was just perfect. Also away from the madness of the east of the Island. Staff so friendly, attentive and welcoming. Lovely rooms. The grounds with beautiful flowers.

Great hotel with lovely staff and fantastic location away from the busy areas of Gili T but still within walking distance. We walked to the main area of restaurants and bars every evening and it felt safe. We arrived really late to the hotel after an ordeal to get there (all ferry’s cancelled!) but the staff were amazing and even went on a scooter to get us homemade pizzas as the kitchen at the hotel was closed and our children had not eaten all day! Great beach movies every evening and breakfast was amazing!!

No much ambiance or facility. Except the pool, you will have to pay for everything else (sea shoes, bikes, snorkel..).

Perfect location, great pool, beautiful surroundings. I have never been in a place with such amazing and kind staff. The beach club is everyone’s dream (beach with turtles). Breakfast is delicious.

The second pool at the back of the hotel was beautiful BUT had a very bad smell coming from somewhere, the drains i think. Also the pool bar was never manned, so we couldn’t get drinks or food when by the pool. We came as a couple, it’s a very child friendly hotel, which is fine but would suggest to make the back pool adults only and the front one specifically for children, just a suggestion..

Beautiful hotel and really friendly staff. The rooms were super clean and huge! Nice comfy big bed. The breakfast was nice. Food at the restaurant was okay, not amazing, but there are plenty of other options close by to try. Eating breakfast on the beach whilst watching turtles surface and swim around was amazing though. Throughout our visit what really stood out were the super friendly restaurant and front of house staff, all friendly and always polite and smiling every time we saw them. The highlight of the stay was we went on a fishing trip and brought the fish we caught back to the hotel and got the kitchen to fry them and serve with great side dishes 10/10, thanks again to the great staff to making this happen.

Really nice hotel, by the beach with lots of life in it. The people are very nice and they prepare a very good breakfast you can eat at the beach.

The breakfast was a bit messy at the peak hour and there was too much sunshine. However, when we decided to miss the breakfast on the following day, we received a special phone call with invitation to come and have breakfast in case we forgot it would close in one hour. Nice token of attention. The room cleaning - there was none on the first day in spite of the tag put on the door outside. Pool bar never worked while we were there (3 days).

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff provided enough bottled water. Air conditioning worked well. The hotel territory was well groomed, the pools were clean and attractive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach bar across the road was good, with a nice sunset view.

The breakfast is a little bit expensive No free shuttle, You have to take your own transportation from the center (bike or horse cart)

To go snorkelling out the front of the hotel make sure you have reef shoes.

The front pool is missing tiles and the kids all cut their feet on the first swim. It is a bit tired (the boat and pool) at the front.

The lap pool at the back was lovely. The rooms are beautiful and beds are huge. One of our rooms, the aircon wasn’t very cold but everything else was great. Snorkeling right out the front and you see heaps of turtles. Definitely need bikes though as the resort is a fair distance from the shops / restaurants.

Some mosquitos in the room. The location is relaxing, but a bit far from the main areas.

We have kids and the pool was not perfectly cleaned, maybe a more frequent filter for the water can help.What I would suggest is also a more proactive fast cleaning of the strand on the beach served by the bar so that can be reduced the risk that the rubbish left will finish into the see.

The location is great, 10min from the centre (port) enought to guarantee quiety and with a great beach and see. Rooms are very good, big and confortable.Breakfast served is also with all you need to start the day in the righr way.Finally the stuff is super nice.

The property is not well maintained. There are 2 poos but 1 was out of service and we got injured while using the other pool. We got a cut in our feet because of the broken tile floors of the pool. Also, there were not enough cycles for the guests, we could not rent a cycle from them for the entire duration of our stay. There were other guests who faced the same problem as well.

The property is well made and beautiful and right in front of the beach.

The pool could have been a bit more clean. I also would suggest moving the bed away from the AC as it blows right on your face at night.

Great location right by the Turtle Point in the calm area of the island. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The property itself was really beautiful, with a nice pool, bar and cinema space in the evening. I really enjoyed my stay!

They tried to copy the movie night screening like others but there were bean bags to sit on. We asked the servers there to help arrange for the same. But no one helped. It felt more like you can sit on the chairs or go somewhere else. We went to another place where movies were being screened and enjoyed the place.

The stay is in a peaceful location. It has all the amenities and is clean. Definitely would recommend

We were lucky enough to have our room right up front , we took walk around the property and it goes on forever , if you are near the back it would be a long trek up to the beach . We got lucky for where our room was

- Nowhere to put anything clothes ect , there is plenty of space to fit a set of drawers or shelves would be better , there is a small wardrobe but the shelves are taken up by the safe and the tea coffee station - strange smell from drains - pool bar never staffed - staff really quick to get payment for each thing ordered instead of waiting til end to pay for everything together

Qe had to ask multiple times for basic services including room cleaning, soap refill, pool cleaning, glasses replaced in bathroom and luggage collection. Refusal to provide additional glasses for use in the villa even though there was a kitchenette for use. After three separate requests we were advised we would have to pay for the use of glasses. Also website is not updated to reflect that family suites have only one bathroom and not two as advertised resulting in us having to negotiate different more appropriate accommodation for four adults.

Walls very thin, we had loud neighbours and even though we told reception and they came out to them they carried with their loud party in the room at 1am in the morning for two nights, and only stopped when my husband himself knocked on the door.

Please provide hooks in the room to hang the towels. The breakfast was usual for this standard of hotel but not outstanding and overpriced. We would prefer the coffee to be hotter, as with all the cooked food, and the food area was too congested. The lap pool at the back of the resort was great, but it needs extra ladders to enter and exit.

The renovated rooms were very comfortable. It was great to have a room near the front of the resort. The pools were great. The hotel was situated perfectly right on the north beach with other facilities and restaurants in easy walking. The north beach is the quieter part of Gili Trawangan which suited us perfectly. It was the perfect place to see both the sunrise and sunset over the water. It was a great place to relax.
