Rooms aren’t in good maintenance

The first room we got was broken but later we moved to a room that was better ,still not perfect it beautiful view and good western breakfast

The accommodation is outdated compared to the photos online. The aircon didn’t do a great job of cooling the room. The wifi didn’t really work in the rooms and the water was also inconsistent.

The view from our balcony and room was great. The breakfast was also a very pleasant surprise, probably the best complimentary breakfast I’ve had in 8 months of travelling.

Hard to find in dark especially since google maps first took me to a closed dirt road going straight up a steep hill

Hope no one else came by car I accidentally keft my scuba fiving camera behind under bed sheets. Manager was nice enough to drive it half way to gili island port to meet me half way, two hour drive each way. Very appreciative of that as he didn’t have to do that I’ve found the Indonesian people to be very good kind helpful thoughtful people as a whole. Bonus is that majority of the people associated with tourists speak fine English

we got a little caught off guard by how far it was from the beach and town, it reality its just a short scooter ride away but our first night we couldnt find a ride home from the town so we walked and its a sketchy walk beside the freeway, with no lights... so lan for this if you will not have a scooter. BUT they did rent scooters and it was fine after that.

i liked the views, really nice! the ac worked well, and i appreciated the mini fridge in the room and the lovely balcony to hangout on. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was actually really good!

The way up to the hotel is a dirt road (to get anywhere you need a scooter, and be careful) the floor of the pool looks like it could use a cleaning. Honestly I think the staff is more busy with side hustles. It's potentially a better place than it is now.oh there was a cockroach in the room first I met here

The water in the pool/shower/sink/toilet was yellowish to brownish most of the time.

A well presented and tidy property. I really enjoyed the pool area and the great ocean view from my balcony. The staff were super friendly and very responsive to any request I had. Nothing was a problem for them and they made me feel at home.

15/20 minute walk along a highway to the town centre/nearest minimart, construction work in the surrounds within view of the property, uphill/steep incline walk to the property.

Good free breakfast, friendly staff, nice view of the ocean. property is aesthetically pleasing and lots of privacy. owner will offer to drop you off to places on a scooter or arrange scooter hire for you to avoid the long walk. not too far of a walk from the beach.

The hot water only lasted for a minute or two in the shower. The hotel does have a lovely view but is a bit of a walk out of town (about 15 mins). This is not a problem if you drive a scooter. Since we didn’t it was a bit isolating, but the staff was lovely and offered to give us rides to and from town and nearby beaches on their scooters as needed. There is some construction in front of the hotel, but I still enjoyed the view.

The staff were very friendly and eager to help, they organized multiple takeout meals for us, recommended local restaurants, organized tours and gave us scooter rides into town. The breakfast was exceptionally delicious! The pool and room facilities were nice and well kept. I particularly enjoyed sitting on our small patio and looking out at the ocean.

Great location, 5 mins on the scooter into town, massive rooms, comfy beds and super friendly staff. Very private and awesome views out to the sea. Pool is well equipped with loungers, bean bags and tables, perfect for lazy sunbathing days.

I do not think I'm picky with hotels and was not expecting big things for the price but at least a clean place with running water. I arrived to no water at all, dirty towels, I didn't sleep in the sheets (I put my own towel on the bed to sleep on)... Pictures deceptive - way more aged and run down in person. Location not great if you do not have a scooter but same goes for most of the island. Nice and friendly staff but facilities need serious updating or at least recent photos online that accurately represent the rooms. With very little expectations this still fell short.

The personal tried to steal our airpods while cleaning one day before we left which was already suspicious, if we consider that we were there for 4 days. After confronting them they gave us our airpods which were freshly cleaned, so it was obvious that they stole them and were going to try to sell them. This was just disrespectful and the staff didn’t even look at us for the rest of the time we spent there. Besides that it was nice there if you like to live besides mice that wake you up in the middle of the night.
