needs some maintenance. large mold patches in rooms, easy covered with paint. There are numerous stairs to be mindful of, and no shade so very hot.

Gorgeous resort style with an amazing infinity pool. Lots of steps as it is built on a cliff. The restaurant is at beach level. Pool at the next level. Several levels for the accommodation areas. Well kept gardens and property. Staff a bit hard to find. A few restaurants close by. Amazing sunset views.

Honestly this place is fantastic for the money. The rooms are big, the bed comfy and you can get a great sea view. Breakfast is simple but also great value for money :) worth a visit

The room itself was just okay. It was huge and had the basics that we needed. Food was mid, but good enough. However, the views was amazing so it was really worth it. You get the sea view and can still see Mt. Agung.

Several things, like shower head, and water power inadequate. But friendly staff made up for the negatives. Very helpful

A bit run down . Restaurant food was bad, bland and took long time to be served, even when no other guests.

Shower leaked toilet leaked no jug or coffe tea in the room. Sheets had holes in them. Restaurant had very poor food. Breakfast passable but other meals poor. Would not recommend the restaurant but plenty of others nearby. Road to get here very rough.

Views were amazing and right on the beach. Can snorkle out front lots of fish and coral to look at. Close to spas and restaurants. Very cheap rates. Staff very friendly and helpful but dont speak very good english.

When we entered the room for the first time there was a puddle of water on the floor from a leaking window, all they did was wipe it up and put a towel down to soak it up, no attempt to fix the leak. The shower rail and head were damaged, and had clearly been so for some time, whilst it did work it would not cost a lot of money or take much time or effort to fix this. Lastly the breakfast was pitiful, toast with no butter and average omelette. I think the hotel is missing out on an easy income stream from the restaurant, if they were to invest in decent food, drinks and coffee I think it would be very popular with the guests

View from the top floor room is amazing, the room is comfortable with comfy bed, small fridge and TV. The AC unit worked satisfactorily and kept the room cool as did the overhead fan, the price is exactly right.

We were told to lower down our music which was not v loud at 9.45pm. I think it was a very early timing and after all, we were in amed on a holiday. Also when we asked for an ice bucket, the staff told us that we should get it from the restaurant which were 2 floors down. The hotel only had one transport too. When we asked for a transport to bring us to a restaurant, the reception said the car had gone to the airport and they couldn't help in any way, leaving us stranded and had to go to the next hotel for help.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach, with great ocean view and with easy access to the water from the hotel restaurant, perfect for snorkeling. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, offering beautiful views. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway
