Once I showed the staff how to clean the shower walls and floor using a brush and cleaning products they were amazed at how easy it was to do. I went to Arta Sedana Supermarket, the old Hardy's store and purchased them a tub of cleaning paste like I use at home. I hope they continue to use it and get good reviews with no big mould issues?
The location of this small guest house was central to restaurants and close enough to the beach. The room was a good size and was clean. Small pool was refreshing. Staff & owner were very nice.

New ZealandPool was a little hard to get in and out for Seniors. Maybe replace the safe with a coded pad one.
The location was very good for walking to shops, bars, restaurants and easy to be picked up by taxi/go-jek outside of Starbucks. A Laundry was next door which is always handy when travelling. Staff very friendly and helpful.

IndonesiaOne of the staf wrongly opened the door of my room in the middle of the night around 00.30. It shocked me. They apologize and admit it was wrong when i asked them why & what happened. If i didn't asked them, not sure they will apologize or not, maybe just keep quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at Nyaman Guest House very much. The accommodation was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was simple and freshly prepared. (No lining up for the toaster). Having previously stayed in larger resorts, it was a welcome change to stay in an environment where we received individualised attention from the dedicated staff.
