Hotel Novus Giri is the kind of place that will definitely steal your heart. We stayed in one of their suites overlooking the lush valley and what a view it was. Every morning, the soft light of the rising sun gently poured into our balcony, accompanied by the cheerful songs of birds greeting the day. It felt like nature itself was welcoming us with open arms. The room had a rustic charm, not the polished kind you find in city hotels but the soulful, warm kind that reminded one of a villa in Bali. Natural textures, wood tones and an air of quiet peace made it feel like a retreat for the soul. What made this stay truly unforgettable though was the people. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by genuine kindness and hospitality. Muhammad Adam, Zidan, Dadang, Putu, Ramdani, Erlin, Maizorah, each of them made us feel not like guests, but like part of their extended family. Whether it was a cheerful greeting, attentive dining service or acts of help, their care never felt rehearsed. It felt real. There were also others whose names I didn’t manage to jot down but whose warmth we felt all the same. You know who you are, and we’re so thankful. The room service and laundry were also efficient and seamless, making our stay smooth and comfortable. Hotel Novus Gili is a place where the air is fresh, the view is healing and the people make you want to return. Not just for the scenery but for the soul of the place itself. To the whole team: Thank you for the service from the hearts. You’ve given us beautiful memories we’ll carry home. Will definitely recommend to families and friends.

New ZealandTraffic to get back to Jakarta was 9hrs! Cold main pool and not maintained to be clean. Room assignment was at GF so lesser privacy (other guests would wander to the back of our room/garden or peek in) - offered a room change but can't be bothered moving anymore.
Great spot away from the city (lots of trees, fresh air), with heaps of activities for the kids.

IndonesiaI didn't order a breakfast package, but at night I ate at the Soesana restaurant. The restaurant was comfortable and had a nice view, but the taste of the food was very disappointing. The rendang was salty and the oxtail soup had no taste, it was just salty. The fried rice was wet, not dry enough and smokey. If you look at the taste of the food and the price of the food offered, this food is very expensive. Even though the presentation is good.

NetherlandsIt was a bit quiet in the ressort. In the direct proximity it is not thaaaat interesting - so, as a single traveler it might get bouring after some days.
As a very experienced Indo traveler sometimes I try more expensive hotels and this one is really worth the money (I think I had some promo). The restaurants are not bad but far from perfect (too intensive taste; probably due to using prefabricated industrial spice mixes). The room I had was simply spectacular, I felt like a king. The spa massage therapist was outstanding (rare in Indonesia!) and I am a super expert in that.

Indonesiathere's no netflix. just youtube and tv channel. actually we were so confused when we booked, so we went there and turns out there's not only room,but also villas. but there's no option for the villas on booking.com if we travel with family group. fortunately we came for 2, so we booked the room via apps on the spot. could have been better if there's also villa in the option.
the room & breakfast all good. me and my husband stay for 1 night and we're satisfied. the room is clean and cozy, there's AC if the weather was hot. there's also bath tub for shower and the interior was pretty unique and artistic. the breakfast was delicious and the place is spacious. it's suitable for family, children or couple

My husband and I went to Puncak to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel’s food was amazing; mini golf was fun and so affordable; the view was breathtaking; and the service was great. At the end, the hotel’s chef made a special cake for our anniversary. We felt so special and welcome to be here. We had a great stay and would come back in the future.

United KingdomDuring out stay there was construction ongoing which we were not made aware of when we booked or before we arrived. This didn’t majorly affect our stay but whilst using the pool bar area it wasn’t very relaxing.
Beautiful spaces, lots of lush green trees and plants to look at. The hotel room and view from the balcony were amazing and the main lobby was stunning! Hotel was also close to the Cibodas Botanical Gardens which were stunning!
