Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. AustraliaBeing at the airport it's a no- brainer for an early or late flight. We paid for an extra half day and enjoyed a swim in the pool and an afternoon massage prior to heading for our flight. A great way to spend the day resting and having the bonus of being able to freshen up before you leave. The staff were always helpful and friendly, although some of the services in the restaurant were slow and they forgot our drinks at dinner.

The reception staff were very accommodating and the room was exactly as expected... clean and comfortable with plenty of space. VietnamThe pool was very cold because it is permanently shaded, but that's not a huge problem as most people just do a short stay here.
We stayed after a late arriving flight; the hotel can be difficult to find, but it's worth it as a pit stop on the way through Bali. The rooms have serious sound proofing, you are right next to the runways and never even hear the planes, and the beds are seriously plush and comfortable.
