Bathroom was clean but not modern

The location was fantastic, the pool is heated & I had my very own alarm clock, lucky for the rooster I wouldn’t be about to wake up so early my room was upstairs above the reception desk

The neighbour has many roosters which were super noisy all night. The bin was left by the kitchen and pool, very smelly.

Great location, right in the centre of Pererenan. The room is very basic but quite good for the price. The staff weren't always available but they were helpful and accommodating via WhatsApp when we needed them.

The view from the window is completely different from the one presented on the Booking. In this case, a translucent curtain would be very helpful to have at least some light and a sense of privacy. Insufficient communication for checkin.

When arrived there was no staff at the reception or around the place and no number to call which was a bit annoying especially when very warm outside.

The location was great, staff very friendly. The room was cleaned everyday.

The noise level from the other people/staff that lived there. At one point someone was drilling into a wall in the evening. It didn't last long but it could have been done in the day time rather than when people are trying to relax.

Breakfast wasn't included. They had a shared kitchen though I didn't use that. Good area for amenities.

Personel was absent, we waited a long time at the reception to check in, and during check out the guy basically was standing at a door with w broom…

Basically we rent it just to leave somewhere our luggage, while traveling. Wouldn’t stay there for a vacation.

Basic but alright; towels not so new, very small desk, swimming pool was not the best.

- the room I stayed in had no sunlight at all and it smelled like damp - also the walls were covered with mould - the toilet would need some renovation - it was too expensive for what we got

- location is perfect, Nova guest house is in Pererenan which is next to Canggu but calmer. The guest house is very close to the beach (15 min walking distance) and it has many cafes you can work from next to the hotel - the wifi was really good and there was a desk on the room, I could have a lot of work done

There was never anyone at the reception desk as I think it's mostly long stay travellers. The pool was fine, it just didn't get a lot of sun, so was cold.

The room was clean, comfy, inviting, new looking furniture. Looked fresh. Just off the main road, so nice and quiet.

Not comfortable, needs upscaling and maintenance. Any control is needed.

The location is good. The only reason to book here is because my friends stated at the nearby hostel that was fully booked.

The bathroom door was very tricky to close. There were also lots of tiny ants by the time I left despite never having any food in the room. They only showed up on the last day so was ultimately a none issue.

This was a great location for travellers wanting to experience Canggu. It was tidy and comfortable. The facilities were private and I always felt very safe.

As above!.. Unfortunately my first night was hampered by another guest whom clearly had a bad case of Bali-Belly...they were spewing non- stop all night and I couldn't sleep, as I thought they were going to die lol 🤷🏾‍♂️!

Nice place, my room was under the stairs , not the greatest outlook. Every other room had a good view or outlook.

The shower wasn’t great but it didn’t bother me that much. The only negative thing I would say is the rooms aren’t very sound proof as they are sliding glass doors and I’m a light sleeper.

The location was perfect in the quieter side of Canggu but close to all the good cafes. The staff were very accomodating and always close by when you needed something. I brought a shower filter and they were happy to install and disconnect for me. The room is very basic but it’s perfect for someone staying long term as it’s big and has space for all your things.

Grounds were unkept with a sharp metal sheet on the ground as you walk in to cover pool pump. Sun loungers were badly maintained - at least six large cockfighters in cages at the back of the property.

A bit more noisy, right above the shortcut from Jl. Pantai Pererenan to Jl. Padang Linjong. Bikes all day long and at night, the Hindu temple right across the street have regular drumming and singing sessions, these are typically very noisy.

Good modern apartments, not far from Brekky, shared kitchen.

Do not book here!! Turned up to check in at 7pm on the 26th Jan, there was no one there to check me into my room! All the lights were off, I waited for 20 minutes, shouted for someone to come down but in the end I gave up and had to find somewhere else to stay last minute.
