Everything was perfect at Nivriti. Gede our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was memorable and helped to plan many of our activities in Sideman. The villa was beautiful and everything was very clean. It has been designed very well that even when it was raining everything inside stayed dry. The view of the rice fields from the room and pool was also very beautiful. Would highly recommend staying at Nivriti!

We loved everything and we all agreed it ranks as one of the best places we have ever stayed on our travels!

Spectacular and completely unique. Gede has a wonderful attention to detail and everywhere you look there is something beautiful in the space. His design acumen is really wonderful, we rented both villas and each were very unique and special. Breakfast delivered to the villa overlooking the rice paddies was so lovely, dipping in the pool in the afternoon and relaxing on the upper floor netting was something we loved. The onsite restaurant has delicious dinners and the villas are perfectly located in the village to wander out and explore. Gede organized our transfers and also a day out with his fantastic cousin Feby as our driver and guide exploring locally. We also did a cooking class with his Auntie which we loved and our boys (12 & 15) did silver making with another relative of Gede’s. They said it was their favorite activity in Bali, even beating out spear fishing. The animal sounds at night (mostly geckos and frogs) were also special, we were surprised at how few mosquitos there were although Gede provides bug repellant etc when needed. The village of Tabola in Sideman is a really special place, our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Staying at this bamboo villa in Sidemen was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, every single detail felt intentional, thoughtful, and deeply rejuvenating. Impeccable Cleanliness: The villa was squeaky clean — and I mean spotless! From the pristine bamboo floors to the crisp linen and polished bathrooms, it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. Even the outdoor areas, including the garden and plunge pool, were immaculately maintained. It’s rare to find a place that feels this fresh and well-cared-for, especially in a jungle setting. Peaceful, Therapeutic Stay: This wasn’t just a stay; it felt like a retreat for the soul. The natural bamboo architecture in a jungle setting with the beautiful views and sounds of nature, Pure therapy. Astonishing views- The panoramic views from the villa were absolutely breathtaking — lush green rice paddies stretching endlessly into the distance, majestic Mount Agung standing tall in the background, and the kind of golden hour that feels unreal. You don’t even need to leave the villa to experience the best of Sidemen’s natural beauty — it’s all right in front of you. 💛 Warm, Attentive Staff: It’s a family owned place and the staff here are beyond amazing — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality was heartfelt, not forced, and we felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Special mention to Bayu who went out of the way and took some beautiful couple pictures for us. Very talented young boy. 📍 Perfect Sidemen Location: Tucked away just far enough from the bustle to offer complete serenity, yet close enough to access local warungs, temples, and walking trails — this villa’s location is ideal. Sidemen is still an untouched gem in Bali, and this villa places you right in the heart of its authentic charm and raw natural beauty.

If you visit Sideman, you should stay here! Family owned, built on land from the generations. The staff (all family) could not have been more attentive. Our room (Ruby House) was beautiful, with great views and very clean. It is a room you don’t get to stay in very often (especially in the cold weather in England) something to appreciate and cherish. I only wish we had longer there. They serve outstanding food and superb drinks ranging from soft and hot drinks, beer, wine and very tasty cocktails. Well done to the Nivriti family, I wish you every success in the future.

The space does require climbing of stairs, especially from the toilet to the bed. While we think it is worth it, some people who have mobility issues may find it challenging.

The room is a beautiful handmade bamboo structure with amazing views of Mt Agung directly in front of you. The space is thoughtfully equipped, the staff and owner are very friendly and professional, and the breakfast is delicious.

Great Experience. Pictures would not justify the place. The view in the morning is nothing short of breathtaking. The host is exceptional and available at all time to cater to your needs. The food is excellent and entire experience is value for money.

Heaven on Earth! If you want to find Peace with yourself and experience the Balance with the nature, this is the best Place to be. Everything there is designed till the tiniest detail to make you feel amazing. Owned by the Balinese family providing service and comfort you will find anywhere else in the world. The food is so good that we repeated eating there over and over again ♥️♥️♥️

I highly recommend this beautiful venue for anyone looking to detach and take a break from life in a unique luxury treehouse 😁 my husband and I absolutely loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. This accommodation is very biophillic style with stunning surroundings. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Our stay at Nivriti was definitely a memorable one, so many times we just watched from our bed at the view and thought how beautiful the world is and how lucky we are ✨️ We will never forget our stay here! The location was fabulous, the room was always tended to with cleanliness. The food was delcious also! 🍃🌿🌱

We had a great stay at Nivriti Bali Sapphire House. The villa was beautiful, with stunning views of the rice fields and Mount Agung. The private infinity pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. The place had a peaceful vibe, and everything was well-maintained. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. It felt like a little hidden gem—definitely a place we would love to come back to!

Not the owners fault but there was construction happening right in front of our room which disrupted the privacy and we had to leave. With no fault of the owners. He was kind enough to provide us with the necessary adjustments! Breakfast menu is very limited and not very tasteful

This is a 10 out of 10 kind of a place. Unique, well thought out and just a joy to stay in. The place has also been really planned and executed with consideration to the land and to be eco friendly. But that takes away nothing from how comfortable it is. Breakfast was excellent, service was always very good and it was just such a fun experience to stay here. Mind you, stairs in the big villa are steep, so maybe not for those with difficulties moving around. Would definitely recommend.

Our entire 2 Nights stay was just perfect and amazing. The owner, Gede, and his entire family were all so kind and helpful. They were always available to help if you needed anything, the Villa is sooo beautiful , much nicer than on the photos. They also have an onsite Restaurant,the food is so delicious , one of the Best we ever had in Bali. Sidemen village is such a nice , cute place with very friendly local people, became one of our favorite place in Bali Thank you Gede for your kind hospitality, we will be definitely returning!

Please note that this is an eco house and an experience in nature, not a 5 star hotel. We had a lot of mosquitoes, insects and even a lizard visiting us. During a rainy day, we had cold showers only, and during a windy night, the wind was blowing inside the house quite hard, making it hard to sleep and opening the mosquito net. The house is still very comfortable and provides lots of amenities and accessories for your trip, like mosquito repellent, umbrellas, toiletries, etc. Just be ready to embrace nature 😊

The most special, unique and stunning place we’ve ever stayed at. The house is fully integrated in nature, without walls and overlooking at the rice fields. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in Bali, and Gede, the host, goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. He arranged a silversmith workshop and a trekking tour for us, both with locals and at very good prices. We also definitely recommend the restaurant, the food is fantastic.
