The property was clean. The family were lovely and breakfast was fresh and delivered to your room when you wanted it. Comfortable bed. Linen changed regularly.The family also Owned a restaurant across the road which did fabulous food.

The room was quite small and there was construction going on during the property which made it a bit dusty.

The family was super nice and check in was so quick and simple. We literally just got the keys and that was it. The outside terrace and brekkie (fruit and crepe) was super cute too.

Nothing, everything was perfectly fine!

I just loved everything! Very clean room, beautiful painting. Good smell in the room. Good shower with hot water and good water pressure. Delicious breakfast every morning on the balcony. Very lovely and helpful host family. They also have a restaurant next to the Homestay with the most delicious food! The Homestay is also next to a wonderful Yoga Studio which I also loved. Very close to Ubud Center, so if you don’t want to rent a scooter, you have a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and shops in walking distance.

Nothing - everything was just as described and had everything we needed.

Nikuna homestay was in a great location, much quieter than the main roads and was lovely and clean. We had a very comfortable stay here and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and fresh fruit in the mornings. Ari was very quick to respond on WhatsApp with any queries and always very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The water pressure was quite low for the shower & it was broken. Had to constantly off the shower and wait in the cold as had to wait for it to reheat again as the hot water only lasted a certain time. The balcony door could not be locked, as a solo traveler it was a little concern. Preferred to have a fresh towel everyday. WiFi was bad due to the weather.

Everything was amazing. The room is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The family is nice and kind, always here to help. The breakfast was delicious and different dish was offered every morning. If it is not cloudy, you can see Mountain Agung from your balcony. The home stay is right in the middle of everything. If you are into yoga, it will take you 10 seconds to the closest yoga studio. I would highly recommend to everyone who is looking for cozy, comfortable and quiet stay.

We really liked everything! It looks exactly like in the pictures, if not even better. The breakfast was good and we even got a breakfast to go for our ferry to Gili islands because we left really early.

cleanliness, the delicious breakfast, the kind host/owner, and their hospitality, location in central Ubud, easy access to everywhere. Almost everything. the room has a nice balcony overlooking owner’s garden. so if you want to experience real Balinese life and hospitality, this is just superb!

Everything was great

Really good apartment for a small price. The apartment ist located in the centre of ubud and perfect to discover ubud by food (including monkey forest) and do trips. Directly next to the apartment there are some good restaurants. The owner was very friendly, we got tasty breakfast on our room every day. Good bed and very clean. We can totally recommend the apartment

The entrance to the place was a little strange, in the middle of a building site. No garden or outside space, steps right into the room itself.

The room was very clean, tidy and a lovely place to be in. The location was brilliant, a great place for just a couple nights before I flew.
