The room had a lot of bugs in it, and while they weren't directly affecting me, they did fly into me sometimes. The rooms are quite old and worn down. The pillows were too firm.

The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the luggage service - especially as there are a lot of stairs. The breakfast was tasty each morning.

Bathroom had a bad smell from the water. However, we found this was common in most accommodations we stayed in, unless they were new hotels.

Location was fab. Close enough to the main street to walk in 5mins but set back enough for it to be peaceful. We loved how traditional it was. Unfortunately I got Bali Belly whilst there (not from the accommodation) & as a lone parent, this meant I could not go out to get my daughter food. Staff were brilliant & brought food up to the room for her.

Location is unbetable for that price. The room was like a little house with huge bathroom with bathtub and shower really comfy beds great access to ubud main areas by foot dont need bike nor taxi to go around ubud. Staff really nice and friendly. Nice pool

- Room defenetly needs renovation - Cleaning should be improved. There was a lot of spider webs under bed. Toilet was dirty. It would be better if they close the toilet. There is open spots which lizards might go in. -

- Location was perfect. We could reach everywhere by walking in Ubud center - Personnel was very kind and helpfull. I arrived 1 day later from my origina booking and hotel did not charge for that day. Thanks a lot to manager and personnel - Beautiful yard - Very silent and away from crowd - AC and internet were working perfectly - Good value for this location

The bed squeaked with any movement so we didn't sleep that well. The pool whilst was cooling had a really strong clorine smell. Breakfast had limited choices. They could do with adding more lights to the steps going to the lower rooms as difficult to see.

The outlook was great. Lovely gardens and liked the balinese looking exteriors. The location was really handy to the main area and tucked away so was private and quiet

Very close to main Street but still holds close to nature feel. Walk down to the cottage through small rice field felt really nice.

Security is lacking, the room is locked by a small padlock on a clasp, which has exposed screws, so a child with a screwdriver could remove 2 screws and gain access to the room, to make things worse the security box didn't work despite 2 members of staff trying to fix it with no success. The room was reasonably clean but lots of mould on the bathroom curtain. Bedding tired and worn.

Breakfast at the attached restaurant was very poor by Ubud standards which are generally very good. On the second day we elected to eat elsewhere. As a consequence, did not go to the restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Excellent location set in calm gardens but close to centre of Ubud with shops, cafes, restaurants, cultural attractions. This is important as staying out of town means very difficult transport on congested roads. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help eg arranging taxi to airport.

Not very secure rooms, locking system. More option at breakfast would be good! Greenery overgrown.

Clean rooms spacious, only lockable by padlock door and from inside a wooden plank Staff were friendly and allowed me to cancel my room I booked by mistake without change Breakfast included with is a great added bonus Brilliant location on a quiet street away from everything ! Pool was nice Good value for money

The place in the center of the downtown, near of everything, easy to walk around at the night, no need for the car, near of the monkey forest, handmade markets, restaurants and coffee shops The staff also so kind and responsive..

Location is perfect, bungalows are clean, large and situated in beautiful greenery, like in the jungle. Absolutely gorgeous!!!
