Reviews of Zayana Villas Resort Seminyak

Location is perfect! The coffee shop next door is excellent. A laundry and Circle K within meters of the villa too. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, spas and not too far from Seminyak Village. Big kitchen with everything you could ever want or need. A water cooler for drinking water. Bedrooms are huge with own bathrooms. The pool was fantastic and plenty of outdoor loungers. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful.

Very nice Villa, with staff that will do anything for you. Room are very big with en-suite and main bedroom had dressing room. We had Villa 1.

Only thing-10mins walk to the beach

We began our trip here. Acclimatising to Bali. We had a great stay here. There were great shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and happy to help.

We loved it.

This was the perfect property for our 2 families. Great pool, great location. Everything was within walking distance and there was a coffee shop next door which served up good coffee and food. From here we could easily get a Grab to Waterbom and the beach clubs. Thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful Villa, Great location, pool was fantastic, very comfortable beds, Very spacious, staff very accommodating and great with communication with any concerns or questions. Photos of booking are realistic to what you get.

Had few issues with tvs, tv remotes and air conditioning leaking, villa staff informed and fixed issues. Downstairs bathroom water temperature does not stay warm for long, staff did come a few times while in villa to clean rooms. And day of check out staff came before 10am to start cleaning even though we were still there and checkout was at 11am.

The environment is very good,The equipment is very new. I really recommend it. Believe me, I can't go wrong.

We had an amazing time at Zayana Villa Alessia in Seminyak! The villa is modern, clean, and beautifully styled with a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The private pool was a highlight. It’s in a great location—close to restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay.

During heavy rain the windows leaked but were fixed the next day. Was a bit noisy being close to a busy lane and night clubs.

Everything. The villa was absolutely beautiful. 4 beautiful bedrooms with stunning ensuites . Living and pool area was also outstanding. Fantastic location , close to shops and restaurants. Cleaning ladies went above and beyond..

We had a wonderful stay at Vayana Villas Seminyak. The villa is in a great location just behind Eat Street, where there are many restaurants, bars, La Favella, Champagne bar, Ultimo, Ginger Tree, etc and shops. Walking distance to many places, such as Ku De Ta and the beach. The Villa itself was a great size. Nice large indoors living/dinning area with fully equipped kitchen. All 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs, 1 downstairs. All with a/c, private bathrooms, 1 upstairs with a large bath. Large comfy beds. TV'S. The pool was amazing. Great size, with morning/afternoon sun. The water temperature was just right. Also perfect for an evening swim. The staff here were welcoming and very polite.. We were 5 friends sharing the villa, and our stay was perfect. Highly recommend Zayana Villas

Our entire experience at this place was fantastic. We visited with our whole family, including two small children, and everything was just perfect. The environment was welcoming, family-friendly, and made us feel right at home. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be back!

There was absolutely nothing to complain about—everything was truly perfect. From the moment we arrived until we left, the entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. The service, atmosphere, and overall environment exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better time!

Location not great but easy enough to walk- catch bike… 15min to beach walk

Location was excellent, easy walking to Jl Kayu Aya, Drupadi and Raya Seminyak for shops & restaurants. Rooms spacious, very comfy beds, well appointed living spaces and lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Good security, quiet and private.

Only criticism would be 1 hairdryer between 3 rooms. The staff are aware. Otherwise it was all good 👍
