Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Little place tucked off the street of busy Kuta… I used this for a day hotel before my late night flight home… great value if not looking for fancy. Had hot water and served the purpose for storing my luggage and having a shower. Nice staff

AustraliaEverything NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY HERE!!!! Because it was cheap we used it for a few hours to store our luggage, have a swim, rest and shower before our late flight out. Bad mistake!! We felt so unsafe there that we didn’t want to leave our luggage, the pool didn’t work and was a swamp, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting so we didn’t shower. When we left the room we had to leave the key at the front desk. When we returned our keys were still on the desk with no security. Anyone could’ve grabbed them and known which room to enter. There were some very questionable people staying there too with some very questionable visitors. Do not stay here, the price is not worth it.
