Wifi wasn't good

Amazing location, so close to everything. Beautiful gardens and pool. A small open air cafe near pool which served delicious food very cheaply. Staff are so lovely and helpful. Bed was comfortable and room large and airy. Airconditioning worked very well.

First room bathroom smelt terrible. The manager upgraded me straight away which was great. I was happy in my second room. No one at reception at night and no security.

The bathroom flour filled with water. The bathroom needed a bit of maintenance.

Unfortunately there was no hot water , to there defence they are working on it. The room was a little dated but again defence, that is bali in most cases. Minor issues but didn't cause any issues

Friendly staff, the 2 lady owner were so accommodating and would do anything for you. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was really good. It was so peaceful and relaxing then go outside and everything was there. Close to shops , restaurants, massage and thr beach. Would definitely go back, such good value for money

There is construction taking place which was noisy and not really what you want whilst on a relaxing holiday. There is no information provided on this when you check in and there should be.

Fantastic location, just off the main busy streets, easy to walk for shopping, restaurants, bars & the beach. Grounds and pool area were very nice.

Didn’t have stable towel hangers, so we kept having to change them after they fell. Furthermore the water was dirty, at one point there was brown water coming out but staff resolved it within minutes.

Great location and very accommodating staff which helped us with our rooms. Even offered a room change when we were not satisfied with the initial room. Many lovely cats around the property.

Lots of steps with a large suitcase was a bit complicated. Also the showers could do with a bit of an improvement, the pressure was quite low

Great location, but still very quiet which was great! The staff were super friendly and attentive. The pool area was also really good.

The rooms do not get cleaned but i’m sure you can ask them if you need it, we didn’t stay for long so didn’t need to. Also didn’t come with a mini fridge sadly but we improvised with a bag of ice in the sink for our drinks.

Location is great in between poppies lane and legian main street and everything else is just a walk away. The staff was AMAZING, they care so much about the upkeep of the hotel and garden all day every day. They were very very kind and helped us move rooms when we wanted to.

It's located in a busy area but it's very quiet. No roosters or dogs will disturb your sleep. Serene inner yard and pool, friendly staff.

In our room the shower drain across the whole bathroom floor.

Great location and the staff were very help full.We were able to have late check out at no cost which was great.We were able to use their driver for transport to the airport at very reasonable price.
