Noise of the road…but I assume that motorcycles are everywhere at anytime (and I am sensitive. My boyfriend did not have any trouble sleeping).

Nice typical house in the city centre in Ubud. Located in a secondary road, it is quieter than the main road. Staff is kind and breakfast very good

Great communication. Really nice comfortable bed and sheets. The breakfast was basic but it was really delicious. The staff were helpful and nice.

There was a lot of construction noise across the road, and sometimes a lot of people in the courtyard of the guesthouse. So it wasn’t really super quiet in the daytimes.

Wi fi is not stable in the upper room, but it was fine in mine. Anyway, just something to bear in mind when you book your trip.

Really accommodating and helpful. Helped us book scooters. Breakfast delivered to the room. The location is far enough to the noise and close enough to walk everywhere.

The room was extremely damp and smelt mouldy, the bathroom and walls all had extreme damp problems - this needs to be fixed and then it would be a lovely place to stay

The noises of dogs and rooster at night and in the early morning are a bit annoying, but I guess it is part of Ubud sounds

Very nice people, very helpful , breakfast nice always on time , air conditioning work properly,bed comfortable and clin bathroom also, hot water and good pressure in the shower. Excellent 👌🏻

Great stay , owners more than welcoming and happy to help for anything! Perfect location in the centre but not near enough to hear the hussle and bussle. Amazing breakfasts every morning included too! 100% recommend.

A perfect stay. The room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable. The included breakfast every morning was a great bonus! Very good location, close to everything you need, in a calm area but still in perfect distance from the centre. The most welcoming family, nothing was ever too much and they were always around to stop and have a conversation with you. As a solo traveller I felt very safe here. I Couldnt recommend this place enough, the second time I have stayed here and I will definitely be paying another visit.

Perfect accommodation, clean, air conditioning is fine, variety of meals available for included breakfast. Close to Ubud center, calm and peaceful place. Family owners are kind people.

The room was very comfortable and had a very nice balcony where you can take your breakfast every morning. Aircon and hot shower worked very well. The location is great even though you will still hear some noise coming from the streets and the roosters from all the neighbours.

The bathroom was clean but could use a deeper clean. However it worked perfectly so not really something that affected my stay.

Such a beautiful, bright and clean feeling in this room! Loved the bed & mosquito net. Very good location in the centre of Ubud. Felt like a safe family vibe there as it was in a compound of local families. Breakfast was served to our room every morning. Staff always helpful & provided more towels, toilet paper and umbrellas when needed.

As with most places in Ubud, it was noisy outside with the roosters and street dogs. However, that's not the hotels fault. But we didn't sleep very well most mornings because of that.

Good location, very welcoming family and superb breakfast! I enjoyed my 10 nights there.
