- one room smells a little humidity (tropical climate) but my son was ok with it - to get there you need to drive across Manggis village. There is no other path. And not really any walking path from there either. So you definitely need a car (or ask for a taxi or a driver )

- we booked the villa for 3 nights and got 3 bedrooms with 2 private terraces, with a small pool and small jacuzzi and huge living room, 2 large very beautiful rooms + 1 smaller room - fitness gears and badmington field - beautiful restaurant area - staff is so nice and kind managing with WhatsApp your requests - great spa also - you are not far from Virgin beach by car or Ujung Water Palace which is really beautiful - the hotel is such a beautiful place you may reduce the number of visits to just enjoy the place

The place is far from everything. If you don’t have your own scooter or car, no taxi will come here to pick you up.

One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in! The pool and the view were absolutely beautiful — everything felt like a little paradise. The massage and the food were incredible; in fact, we’ve never eaten such delicious food during our whole time in Bali. The nasi goreng here was the best we’ve ever had — full of flavor and absolutely unforgettable. One day was rainy, but with this amazing accommodation we didn’t feel bad at all — we simply enjoyed spending time at the location. The open-air gym with the mirror was also fantastic. The whole experience was beyond our expectations, and we would definitely love to come back.

The food at the restaurant was very hit and miss. Lunches could be absolutely delicious but at times they were very average. This put us off eating dinner at the hotel and we had to get a local driver to take us down into Candidasa and wait for us as there while we ate our food, as there were often no 'Grabs' available were we were located ($30 trip!)

No grab,only taxi which is more expensive. I was surprised when I didn’t find a kettle in the room.

A very beautiful place to relax. This hotel would be ideal for couples or a romantic getaway if it were adults-only, but when families with children arrive, some noise is unavoidable. The room was nice, small, but with a wonderful ocean view. The doors often make noise due to the wind. The pool is amazing. I liked the food at the restaurant, but it's the only dining option in the hotel. It's quiet and peaceful, but there's not much to do within walking distance, so all entertainment is limited to the hotel itself, which doesn't offer anything special. There's only a small gym, and that’s about it.

Sometimes there were little ants in our room. There was a dog who always came to our terrace. Even when we wanted to eat something on the terrace, we had to face the dog. We told the staf and they helped us and cleaned the terrace extra good because the dog was always there.

The staff was realty friendly and helpfull. If you need anything, they wel help you immediately. The area around the pool was fantastic. The view was beautifull, the pool area was very clean. Our room and terrace were really nice. The room is very modern. The restaurant was also really good. Food was always great!

It is a actually a litlle hideaway to calm down and relax. The staff is extreme friendly and respectful!! Due to the possibility to book a driver from the hotel it is possible to do a lot of stuff in the area without any stress. BomBom was the best! :)

There’s really nothing to complain about, except maybe the lack of ventilation in the bathroom — but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise perfect stay.

Where should I start? I once read a review of this hotel that stuck with me — “If I ever go to paradise, I want it to look like this.” Now that I’ve been there myself, I can only agree. This place is truly an oasis of peace and quiet, surrounded by the sounds and scents of tropical nature. On top of that, you’re treated like royalty by the amazing staff — hardworking, warm, and incredibly hospitable, just as you’d expect from the wonderful Balinese culture. The food was another highlight — everything from breakfast to dinner, including the cocktails, was absolutely delicious.

We stayed for one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Amazing views, beautiful pool, really nice gym. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The real highlight is the staff! They were so attentive, helpful and funny and made our stay special.

This being in a natural forest, there were lots of lizards and gekos. Spa was too open, the staff needs to respect client privacy and enable that environment.

We loved everything about our stay. The mountain views were stunning. Our room was extremely comfortable and spacious. The food was great. Laying by the pool and having massages was the escape from the hustle and bustle we were wanting and we got it here.

No kettle with tea pr coffee in the room. In termes of design a few thing could be better as a 5*. Hide the fridge for example.

Great location (if you want to escape from the city), excellent staff, the bed is great, the food is delicious and the gym is next level.

Nothing!

The whole area is amazing (hotel design, garden, view) - especially the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We were satisfied with breakfast and dinner every single day. The overall atmosphere is very good - best hotel during our visit to Bali. We are giving a 10/10 very seldom - but they deserve it!
