We could not order a juice or some food during the day, which would have made it even better. However, there are also nice restaurants within a 250 meter walk.

We came from the Ijen tour really early in the morning, they we really nice to offer the option that we could relax in the swimming pool and leave our bags. We could check-in half an hour earlier which was also very nice. Very clean and nice room that we very much enjoyed. The breakfast was in addition very nice 👍🏻

There is a small mosque directly next to the hotel, so be prepared to be waken up early in the morning.

We lived in a spacious separate villa, which is really beautiful. We also liked the breakfast and the garden, my kids liked the basketball court, too. Staff was helpful, the place is great value for money.

No bedside tables or lamps, had to get out of bed to turn the lights off. Lots of mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom was very small compared to the room and the shower doesn’t have a screen so the whole bathroom gets wet, if you want to use the toilet after someone has showered you have to walk through the wet floor. No full length mirror. No pool towels, we asked and the staff said use the ones from the bathroom. Property wasn’t easy to find in the car - there was a sign but it wasn’t clear and we drove round the roads 3 times before we realised where it was

Property was a good location for Banyuwangi Kota railway station. It was clean, the room was spacious, the pool was nice. The price was reasonable

In a simpler place, none of this would be an issue. But considering price and how they present themselves, we would have expected more: - there are no bedside lamps - the hotel is brand new but there are very few power plugs in the room, and none next to the bed - unpleasant smell in the room due to mothballs in the closet - no hand towels

The hotel looks nice and appears to be quite fancy, but doesn’t quite offer the level of comfort we would have expected based on the pictures and previous reviews.

The room we stayed in weirdly filled with mosquitoes but the staff was kind of to lend us a mosquito repellent that you plug in the wall. The room was also quite dark if the lights weren’t turned on, it also lacked some decoration.

The setting and ambiance was lovely, the swimming pool is also a nice addition with the heat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The aircon wasn't adequate even though we had it set to 17c. The bathroom was pretty spartan.

The good-size pool is a highlight here. The grounds are very attractive and it was a nice place to relax. The bedroom was a good size. There are plenty of eateries within walking distance.

The place is basically brand new so it’s very clean and tidy. The grounds are beautiful. The staff are beautiful and did everything they could to make our stay problem free. Breakfast is set continental which changes daily and is just great.

Some small changes could make the experience a whole lot better, like: light switches next to the bed, an extra ceiling fan or stronger AC and a shower that isn't positioned right next to the toilet so that it always becomes wet.

Everything is new, has a nice style and the staff is friendly. It's located in a quit neigbourhood and is quite affordable too.
