Needs a little bit of maintenance but doesn’t take away from the ambience.

Private pool is super cold and not clean

The kindness of the staff ! Everybody is super nice and helpful. Food is really nice. The infinity pool is beautiful I had the chance to be with the woman dewi at the spa ! She was amazing. I highly recommend a balinese massage with her.

Monkeys sometimes outside our room and at the pool. Good to see some monkeys, but a bit annoying after a while

Limited shuttle times to Ubud, no flexibility

The remoteness of it and feeling of being in the jungle but only 10 mins from centre of Ubud

I feel that some areas could do with a refurb. The outdoor bathroom was quite tired and needed a refresh. The restaurant menu is quite basic and we would have liked more choices. It’s quite a tough and hilly walk into Ubud, so it’s definitely a taxi ride, which is really cheap, so not a problem.

The hotel is a very peaceful retreat, surrounded by jungle. We had a nice room with private pool, which was a nice added bonus. Staff are so lovely and helpful and really can’t do enough for you. The main pool area is tranquil with great views.

The only negative is that the rooms was very stuffy and had a bit of a moldy smell. The water pressure is also quite low, but that seems to be a common problem most places we've stayed at.

The views are amazing, it truly feels like you are in a jungle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Worth noting that it is a bit out of ubud centre - but we wanted a few days of quiet after staying in the city, so this was perfect for that! Swimming pool is well maintained and very beautiful.

The room could do with a little maintenance fix just to help keep the critters out but the bed nets certainly helped with that when sleeping!

Jungle views were amazing! Seeing some furry visitors from the balcony was certainly a highlight! Best massage we’ve had in Bali to date too! Super friendly staff!

If you are driving, get a narrow car because to get to the villa there is very narrow streets. Traffic to and from the villa is really bad but it’s not their fault.

The view is 10 stars. We had the private villa. The villa is larger than my house. Best place I have ever stayed. Breakfast was included and was really good. Staff were very kind. Would come here 100%

I was a little bit afraid of the monkeys but staff came and helped assure me they're harmless and helped shoo them away Also the frogs were very loud at night during January. Not the hotels fault but just an FYI for light sleepers, bring your sleep accessories so that you can enjoy this stunning location!

The spa could do with some dedicated staff to make it reach its full potential. More vegetarian options on the restaurant menu would be great. Due to being tucked away from the busy streets of Ubud the availability of additional snacks/refreshments being available for purchase and enjoy in the villa would improve the stay.

Our villa had its own infinity pool overlooking the jungle. Surrounded by beautiful tropical plants! The additional outdoor bathroom was a bonus! The size of the villa was excellent. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.

Too far to walk into Ubud but hotel provided shuttles. If you missed shuttle time it was only $10 for a ride in.
