Nara Ubud Cottage has an extremely relaxing & beautiful garden environment. I enjoyed my daily yoga on the porch looking at the garden in rain or sunshine.

The pool area was really clean, the ponds outside the rooms were extremely tranquil and the staff were very friendly.

Only complaint would be the shower head needed replacing. It was weak and shot in many directions.

Great location, monkeys would visit often, great communication with staff, all round great stay. I wish I stayed longer.

Nara cottages are set in a beautiful garden and can use an exceptional pool close by. The staff are very friendly. The air conditioning works well and the shower is good. It is in a very good location off the main road in Nyuh Kuning. It is very good value for money.

The room while comfortable is very basic. There is no mosquito net and the bed linen is clean but very old with some stains. We were there five days and the room was not serviced. I would be prepared to pay a little more with a mosquito net and new linen.

In a really pretty setting. There is a path next to the monkey forest for a quick cut through into the Main Street. The staff were super friendly. The bed was comfy and the shower was hot with good pressure.

The bathroom needs an extraction fan installed.

Clean big room/hotel. Nice pool too. Friendly & helpful staffs. Location is perfect not on main road but still close to so many eateries, bars, minimarts etc.

The hotel/room is old & very basic but that’s what you’re paying for. Small 2 door windows in the room & hence it’s always dark when you’re inside but there’s nice spacious balcony/patio outside each room. Old bed/mattress so not too comfortable.

No mirror in the bedroom and quite dark as there aren’t enough lights.

The pool is amazing and also the outside area it's beautiful. It looks like it's far from the centre, but there is a short cut through the Monkey Forest, which makes it shorter. You can go by walking or by motorbike. The staff was really nice and helpful! It's a perfect place to rest, very quiet! There a lot of good restaurants nearby.

The room is comfortable, mas a little bit dark, particularly the toilet. The outside area is so beautiful, they could invest a little more to upgrade the rooms and improve the stay.

Awesome pool! Wifi was average at times. Rooms were nice and the staff were friendly. Would stay again!

Quality price is fine, is near many cafes and you can walk to the center

I been there for 4 days and never change my towels and i had to ask to clean my room because if not they never gonna do it. The rooms and the toilet are very dark as well.

Value for money, this hotel is excellent, they have cheap rooms, the pool area is absolutely lovely, we even had monkeys join us one day who had wondered down from the monkey forest. Cannot fault the staff.

We used the property 6 years back, and on one side we loved that it hadn't changed one bit from the last 6 years, however, we feel the property needs some good TLC just to make everything sparkle again. We would also highly recommend putting in some additional light in the room. We stayed in room 102 and it was extremely dark, even at mid-day with the curtain open, there was no natural light, and the actual lights were so dim. All being said it was a good stay.

The gardens were beautiful, the staff were so kind and helpful! Loved the pool and the area it is located is such a nice peaceful area with great restaurants.

The WiFi in the bedroom was poor and the bed could have been cleaner.
