The stay was wonderful, and the first couple days were amazing, staff were so kind and onto it with making drinks, dinner and quick breakfast service. On the last day unfortunately the staff were new and were not too sure on how to make some the cocktails listed on the board and breakfast took a bit of time. We were still happy with our overall stay.

The room was comfortable and well facilitated. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities provided were great and the location of the hotel is beautiful, surrounded by a nice pool and nature.

Our bathroom definitely wasn’t in the best shape and needs a re-vamp. It smelled like mold, but still a nice design! Some more breakfast options would’ve been good too - but overall we loved our stay here.

Great place to stay overall! We lived the design of the room, and the way the whole place is accessible to the pool. It’s in a great location for lots of good eateries too. Staff were excellent, friendly & very welcoming.

It was our first accommodation on this holiday. The staff was very nice and welcomed us warmly. Our room was very nice and clean. The restaurant/bar was very good and the offering was sufficient. It was also no problem to rent a motorbike for the time at reception. we can recommend it.

Nothing. Just keep in mind that you might need a bike if you are staying in the hotel, for us it’s not an issue. Btw you can rent a scooter from the hotel.

Everything was great, friendly staff, clean and modern room. The pool is really beautiful. Breakfast options are limited; but very tasty. Also they offer a free co working (in the hotel) for guests.

We had an issue with the bathtub and the pop-up drain stopper would not hold, so the hotel had to have a worker come and fix it but it was just temporary so it made it difficult for us to use it. Clogged drain in the bathroom would hold water in the shower.

I loved this property. The layout of the room with high ceilings and the nice decoration were a highlight for me. Very comfortable bed, nice little kitchen. The pool was clean, with good depth with vegetation all around with a swim-up bar. They offer 24-hour co-working and the restaurant is also open 24-hours. I really like the food, the coffee and breakfast. Maria, the manager, is excellent, very attentive, extremely pro-active and helpful. We mainly stayed in the hotel, so can't comment much about the surroundings as only went to the nearby supermarket which was AUD2.00 one way by Gojek.

There are poor variability of breakfast 🥹 and always (besides did the night) lots of employees walk nearby of the rooms, it creates not private effect.

Room looks so nice. Natural colours and materials, lots of trees, hotel stays far from the road, everything for emotional stable condition of the guests. Very delicious food on hotel’s restaurant.

A scooter or grab is recommended to get around since the street leading to stores and restaurants is difficult to navigate walking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a nice way to arrive in Bali and get grounded in the nice facilities and beautiful pool. Also the breakfast was great.

This may not be a minus, but the hotel could think about - beach towels and more choice when it comes to renting bike.

The place is exactly as seen in the pictures. The layout of the place and the surroundings is well thought out and being here gives you pleasant emotions. It is a pleasant place to stay. The staff is responsive and helpful. There is a restaurant on site, and the food is delicious, and the prices are friendly. Coffee and coffee drinks are good. Being in Uluwatu, I can definitely recommend this place as a very good accommodation. The surrounding beaches are 15-30 min. away by bike.

Our stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant, and we were ready to leave a good review until the check-out experience spoiled it. Upon arrival, we asked to book a bike for one day—Friday—since we planned to be out on a tour all day Thursday. When signing the agreement, the staff member insisted on filling in the dates and handed me the key. Just to be sure, I returned a minute later to confirm that we only needed the bike for one day, showing her the calendar. She nodded and assured me it was fine. However, at check-out, we were charged for two days of bike hire. Despite our efforts to explain, they insisted on the two-day charge. This felt like a very dishonest encounter and left a bad impression. It's a shame because, apart from this issue (and a few minor things like some non-functional power points), our stay was otherwise enjoyable.

Guests staying next door were noisy. Even though we warned them, they didn’t listen and kept making noises because they were drunk. The hotel staff wasn’t on side and there was nobody to take care of the situation. So you are on your own if there is any problem you have at night. Even the security was loud and singing a song in the middle of the night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We like the workspace area a lot.

As other people mentioned in the comments, the location is not necessarily the best if you want to go explore (without a bike/scooter). That was not the purpose of our stay, and it worked perfectly for us to rely on grab to go to the beach or just walk to the very good cafe down the street (Oku).

We stayed in the superior king suite and it was the perfect space for us to rest and relax after a long flight. The hotel is super calm and pretty, especially during the night. We enjoyed the breakfast included in the stay, simple and delicious. The hotel manager was great and the staff was in general really nice to our kids and made us feel super comfortable.

Air con was leaking which created a puddle on the floor

Nagara meeted our expectations, staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Breakfast was yummy with heaps of options. they organised a scooter rental & massage for us. Room was beautiful and clean, only thing is our air con leaked and created a massive puddle on the floor apart from that We would definitely stay again!

Not too much of a problem but dogs barked a lot. Also location is outside of what I would describe as central Uluwatu. Not huge issue but takes 20 ish minutes (by car/scooter) to get to most places.

Beautiful hotel (rooms and outdoor area/pool) which had a wonderful calm atmosphere. The breakfasts were delicious too!
