The sudden appearance of tokay gecko in the kitchen (it’s disturbing for anyone who afraid of gecko/ lizards); pool needs regular maintenance; room for improvement on breakfast

Stunning villa with lush greenery; well-equipped kitchen utensils; cozy atmosphere overlooking the private pool (but need to do some clean up); scrumptious dinner service and impeccable hospitality (putting effort to get rid of tokay gecko spotted on our second night)

The location is great, and the service is excellent. One of the best things is the effective pest control—no flies or mosquitoes, making the stay even more comfortable. The room is cozy, and the room service is very good. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

The open-air design has its pros and cons: it feels pleasantly cool when there’s a breeze, but it does attract some mosquitoes, though not too many.

great experience overall. The villa design and location are fantastic, offering a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. There was a minor issue with the heater and fan initially, but I was impressed by how attentive and efficient the staff were in resolving it quickly. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really stood out. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing stay!

Location is not so suitable for elderly folks, but perfect if you’re a younger group as shops and restaurants are just a street away.

Loved the design of the interior, the villa was both modern but still cozy and had great air circulation so it was really cooling even in the hot weather. The villa was complete with all kinds of facilities such as soap, clean towels, indoor sandals, pool, water dispenser, kitchen tools, and even a rice cooker!

The property is surrounded by greenery. While this is wonderful, it does invite some critter friends who may be a little annoying. We had a cricket-type insect lodged somewhere near the property making an extremely loud noise on 3 of the nights. On the first night the security tried to locate and get rid of the insect. While the insect persisted, it was not for a lack of trying by the staff. Appreciated their efforts. Only major issue I had was the lack of a doorbell to the Villa. Staff usually knock before entering the villa, but because the villa is large, sometimes you cannot hear the knock and you might be surprised by the staff in your villa. I would highly recommend that they consider a doorbell to assist in alerting the guests to their presence. We also heard loud music from one of the neighbouring villas on the first night - but I think the security staff worked promptly to remind the other guests to keep their volume down.

The property is located at the end of a lane, with a dead end. Not much on the road itself, but excellent location in general. Subject to traffic conditions it is a 10 minute bike ride to most places in Canggu and a 25 minute bike ride to Seminyak. The staff are excellent and very helpful. They are prompt and always ready to assist with queries, no matter the time of day. Security is 24/7 which really kept our mind at ease. Housekeeping is also very prompt and thorough. The property itself is beautiful. Great pool, with all the facilities for a long stay (i.e., kitchen appliances, filtered water dispensers, large fridge etc). All in all - excellent service, excellent property, excellent price point.

You can see that some parts of the villa are getting a bit worn out. You don’t get much sun in the villa since it’s so narrowly built. A bit tricky to get out of the pool.

Very nice materials and luxury finish all over the villa. Well equipped kitchen. Great staff that keeps the villa nice and tidy. We didn’t hear much construction around. Landscaping is just incredible in this villa and resort!

It was hands down the nicest place I have stayed. The villa design was absolutely stunning, it was so quiet, the staff were amazing, the pool was perfect and the beds were so comfy. If I could move into this villa I would.

This is one of, if not, the best hotel I’ve stayed at! The location is good and the property is very clean and beautiful. The staff is also amazing and so welcoming. The amenities were also great with beach bags, beach towels and hats. We were greeted with welcome drinks and plenty of snacks after which the staff gave us a detailed tour of the property. We spotted a gecko on day two, and when we called the staff, they did pest control and gave us complimentary! The breakfast was also great and served beautifully. Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back again! I need to emphasize on THE AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY THOUGH! I genuinely thank every single one of the staff and they will be greatly missed!

It’s trying to be a hotel but not doesn’t have the services hotel can offer. Can’t order food/ drinks etc. There’s a phone in the villa and that’s how you communicate with the staff like in a hotel. It’s highly unnecessary and inconvenient.

Unfortunately, the villa next to us seemed to be having some kind of party, so they played loud and obnoxious music and what sounded like a talk show until quite late at night. This is absolutely not the fault of the villa, but something to take note of. I guess if we were to complain to the villa staff, they would probably be able to tell the other guests to be quieter, but we did not want to cause any trouble or unhappiness with the other group.

Everything inside the villa was perfectly done. The layout and design of the villa was beautiful, beds were comfortable, amenities and equipment all well provided, etc. The service staff were also very helpful and responsive. I was impressed that they also checked with us, via whatsapp, before doing the villa cleaning each day, to make sure that it was ok for them to come in. I think there is absolutely nothing to complain about for the villa. I should also mention that the rooms look much better than the photos that the villa uploaded online. The photos make it look like a small apartment, but actually the size and quality is much more luxurious than what was shown.
