The Munduk Sari Resort is super well placed, it permits to quickly reach Munduk city center and the trail routes to visit the waterfalls. The rooms are clean, confortable and you have an amazing view over the region. The restaurant is good, with especially a delicious breakfast. The swimming pool is large with a magical view. The staff is great, it helps you to discover this nice region.

- It would be great to mention on the website that some rooms are along the hill and the stairs are very stiff, not everyone is able to use these very steep stairs and the parking and restaurant are at the top.

The manager was kind enough to put me in another room. The family house we booked was at the bottom of the hill and inaccessible to me because of the very stiff stairs. The rooms are spacious and overlook Lovina and the Java Sea.

We had the appartments at the last row with the view for the surronding area which was a bit cluttered. Needs to be cleaned.

Breakfast service could have been better. The setting is very nice.

The place was a bit overwhelmed with guests so the breakfast was abit lacking; the food quality is very local (not great) but they did try, and they are very nice.

The bathroom was very narrow and had a strange layout. The hallways needed more maintenance.

The views from our room balcony, restaurant and pool were fabulous. The staff were very friendly and the food was good especially the sticky black rice pudding. Location was great for both the waterfall and rice field treks.

It is comfortable but not luxurious, the most difficult part of this place are the stairs, if you are unfit or not fully able or scared of high, I would not recommend it. Just for indication they were 109 steps from my bedroom to the restaurant, so you better not forget anything :)

Amazing pool with view, water was cold but absolutely stunning vista on mountain and the sea far away. Friendly staff who was kind to move our luggages up and down, and who would also bring down drinks and snacks to the pool

The food was pretty average. I'd suggest going to one of the local cafes near the hotel. The Cafe 2 is a mlfew mins away and run by a local women's collective.

The views were stunning. And the beds were supper comfy. The staff helpful and attentive. The family rooms were perfect. Lots of space and secure.

Hard to get around without transport, we walked everywhere which was beautiful but limiting. Not many local warungs to eat at, lucky the food at the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel has an infinity pool overlooking the jungle which is absolutely breathtaking. The sunrises and sunsets there are amazing. The hotel is perfectly situated for the Munduk Waterfall Trek, which I highly recommend. The food on the menu is very traditional, which I loved. I had some of the best Nasi Campur. The rooms are very spacious with a lovely view.

Beautiful spot! Nice fresh pool, lovely terrace. They will organise trips to coffee tasting Kubu Kopi And also cooking lessons of Putu Ramayani! These are great!!

Staff was nice but didn't seem very switched on...maybe because it was the beginning of the season : we were the only customers.

Fantastic spot in the jungle with the most amazing infinity pool. It was very quiet.. Very hilly everywhere you go so you definitely need some transport.
