The bathroom needs better ventilation, during our stay it was raining more than usual for consequtive days, so it was pretty hunid and the linen smelled moldy.

There is no mosquito net. That could be useful because the balcony door cannot be closed fully. And there is not much space to put your clothes in.

I would like to appreciate the kidness of the staff. They were really helpful and polite. Drinkable water was available at the restaurant. Breakfast was also included. They also provide massages, transport and scooter rental and laundry service. Wifi was free and worked fine. For towels you can ask the staff. The restaurant has good food and great view. Munduk is not very touristic place yet, so this accomodation worked just fine. Mind that you are not in the hotel. It's a guest house, so do not expect to be perfectly clean and new. If you like luxury accomodation, I would recommend to look somewhere else. But for people who are trying to stay on the budget is this perfect.

I booked a tour for an okay price with 4 other people. Our driver was also the boss I think and he was nice. The day of our tour he wasn’t really into talking and just drove us to the places. We asked for other recommendations because we did a lot of waterfalls and he wasn’t that happy with that.

It’s a nice place to stay for a solotraveler or couple. The stadf is really friendly & they serve good food. Breakfast was good but not that much. It’s in the center of Munduk, near the waterfalls, you can go by foot. There’s no grab and walking is okay but you have to be carefull cause you’re walking on the street.

The room I was in had a mattress that was no longer good, it was a foam mattress but it had deflated, makes an uncomfortable sleeping position.

No AC, walls are thin, and you can listen to people in the other room talking. The door to the balcony does not lock.

Perfect location for the Munduk waterfall trekking. The staff was nice, and there was a warung/Cafe there that guaranteed food.

Breakfast wasn’t included in the price we paid- and we stayed in around 16 different hotels in Bali which all provided breakfast for us - the manager and one other staff member was quite rude at times and the house keeping was not kept up with- for the three days we were there we were not provided with fresh towels/ more toilet paper etc which became a hassle in order to get some due to lack of communication. The manager was also rude when we were leaving and paying our bill.

The owner of the property was accommodating with helping us shorten our stay to two nights instead of three. The view from our room was lovely.

There were a lot of ants in the room and other bugs. There were black spots (dirt) on the sheets. The towels we received were also not that clean. The shower was cold and every day we had to ask for hot water.

The host was very friendly and you could rent a scooter there. He also helped us with getting a guide and he was also a taxi driver who brought us to Lovina.

Very disappointed with this hotel Disappointing welcome by two ladies who didn't even say hello and just put my things in front of the door without telling me anything more. The condition of the room at first glance was very nice, but the sheets were full of stains and the bathroom looked like it had hardly been cleaned (hair in the sink etc). I'd also advise you not to turn on the lights in your rooms at night, as nan would find you full of animals in your bed! As far as the food is concerned, I found hair in my dish and once again the nonchalance of the two service ladies.

The only positive point of this hotel is a very kind gentleman who gave me ideas for walking around and always had a smile on his face when I met him! ( I didn't ask his name unfortunately but he had glasses )
