The fact that bungalow are made in bamboo and straw, you have to be ready to have some non diserable insects / animals during night.

The spot is perfect with the swimming pool and the view on the sea /cliff Evererhing is super easy here (rent a bike, spa,…) Food is also very good with local fish every evenning

Our room was a bit dark and had its bathroom in an outhouse - this was advertised but we would have preferred a bathroom inside.

The staff was very attentive and super friendly. Very private resort with amazing views. Excellent selection/varieties of food and beverages throughout the day and lovely dinner set up at night! It was nice to come and go with such ease. Very accessible to the beach, restaurants and shops.

No kettle or bar fridge in room. But survived just fine!

Magical location - even terrible weather did not mar the experience. Incredible spa with wonderful treatments, good restaurant with delicious breakfast options and stunning views.

The room was very dark. We had to keep windows closed for the monkeys. The bathroom smelled. The hotel didn’t offer any recommendations, like I would expect from a nice boutique hotel. There is no beach access.

Such an exotic and quirky place! Really recommend if you’re looking for something unusual. I loved the yoga room.

Disappointed by the restaurant. Very tasty, but small breakfast. We had dinner only once - tasty, fresh, however only pasta and gnochi in menu. That’s what you can get everywhere. I was looking forward to experiencing local specialites. So we ate outside.

I got upgraded! The team was kind. Location is amazing, I love Bengin so perfect hotel for me. No noise, amazing view of an ocean! Great scramble eggs for breakfast!

To no fault of the staff or resort, do not stay in the Yoga treehouse if you’re not comfortable with what comes with it. The monkeys often will circle the property, if your belongings are not zipped up then they will get chewed through as you sleep and you can hear everything. I didn’t know this before I stayed so I was a bit uncomfortable but slept absolutely fine and had no close encounters with any of the locals. The team were very responsive at chasing away the monkeys from my room. It can be quite dark inside when you’re not able to open the windows as of fear of letting in unwanted guests.

An absolutely stunning location that makes you never want to leave the property. The freshly cooked daily desserts were such a hit and every breakfast, lunch and dinner was beautifully prepared and delicious. Staff are lovely and attentive - always smiling and talking to you.

The food at the restaurant is fine but not fabulous.

Mu Bungalows is very serene amid the chaos of Uluwatu. The location is a knock out and the staff could not be more helpful.

We’ve spent an amazing time at Manusia lodge. During our stay (3nights) the team was always extremely nice, caring and helpful. The location is quiet, tastefully decorated and intimiste. I highly recommend the superior double room which is a stand alone bungalow vs double room !

Perfect Stay. The property is simply beautiful with lots of trees and flowers around which makes it so chilled to lay in the daybeds and longchairs. Staff is always smiling, incredibly organized and super friendly. We loved the Infinity pool with a great view to the ocean - we enjoyed watching the surfers from up there ;). Food in the bar and restaurant is delicious with good variety of all flavours including veggie/vegan options. Amazing how this hotel is operated - thank you for a perfect stay ;).
