The showers were inconstant, one shower was losing and gaining pressure, and the second shower had bugs in it.

It was a beautiful old house, beds where big, rooms were big, every room had a bathroom, it was like a share house.

The access street down from the main road is REALLY steep. Our driver was very concerned about how steep it was and whether he'd be able to turn around and get back up the hill. It was ok in the end (just), but something to be aware of.

Friendly host who helped order dinner to be delivered when we arrived in the evening. Beautiful view to wake up to in the morning.

Nothing interesting in the surroundings, too much light inside the room in the morning, and cold. Due to road repairs I had to walk with all my bags downhill/uphill at the return.

Beautiful view, in particular at the sunrise. A lot of "common areas", comfortable bedroom, bathroom with shampoo, body shampoo and conditioner. Big kitchen. The hotel doesn't offer a lot of services but in a way or another they can help you with what you need (scooter rental, taxi, food delivery and so on). It's very good to work with the laptop because of the little table with comfortable chair and good wifi.

Unreliable hot water, steep road from the main road to the premise and not so clear signs especially at night. Some tiles in bedroom need to be replced or repaired.

Clean and spacious house and bedroom, comfortable bed, complete kitchen with utensils, near to everyday market and short distance from mai road, helpful staff (Tari but also pak Ketut), big cable TV, good wifi, outstanding view towards the mountain.

We have a 2 year old so it was great to be able to stay close to watch the sunrise ratherthan having to get up too early. . Room was big and view amazing. Good value for money. Local markets are close by and great to walk through

The interior of the family room was not so nice, after entering the beautiful doors it was a bit disappointing.

Just the road to get the property,.. very small and narrow. As I drove the car myself and I guess very similar to many roads in Bali anyway

We booked a family room and got a standard twin room.

The host was amazing and helped us with a transfer to the property and even with a transfer to another location. The room was clean and the staff was nice, we even got the breakfast to our room the next morning. There is a lovely view of the volcanos from the property and it is not too far from the center part of Kintamani with all the famous cafes, although it is quite a walk.

Water pressure for hot water was very weak, you had to choose between having a cold shower with good water pressure or a hot shower with barely any pressure.

Very friendly and helpful staff, tasty mie goreng for breakfast and an incredible view. The bathroom was very pretty and the room clean and spacious.

There's no private tv on the room and the garden a bit not touch for long time. The way go to the hotel is small.

The sceneery is amazing. There sampoo, conditioner and soap. The blanked really warm. Kitchen is complete.

Hotel is not by main road, is located about 100 metres downhill, it look like walking narow steepy path, scary for car, but you can make it. Parking is inside property.

Feedback comments: Significant loud noise was created from chopping wood and other buiding activities up to 10pm. All noisy activities should only occur between 1000-1500, not when guests are trying to enjoy the tranquility of Kintamani. I spoke to owner Ayu about this at 10pm on Sat night. Noisy dogs and puppies next door and also midnight fireworks for some reason. Maybe Chinese New Year.

Views of mountains and balconies fabulous. Rooms and bathrooms large and clean. Kitchen large with fridge gas burners and micro.Nyoman was very kind and helpful.
