Disappointed that there wasn’t a fridge in the room. Couldn’t have cold water or beer and they kept running out of ice. The owners lived on the property but were no where to be seen. It would’ve been good to deal with adults at some point. The staff were children who did the best they could. The kitchen is a long way from the eating area so by the time the food arrived it was cold. Also there wasn’t a readily available bar and the staff had to keep fetching you a drink from the kitchen. But the scenery and room were beautiful. Also because a farm fishing area the flies were totally insane.

Shower was cold on arrival but improved. May be a bit more choice for food menu.

I was assigned to the wrong room. And the room has a prayer altar.

I was informed that the room was assigned wrongly however the staff tried to salvage the situation by providing complimentary breakfast.

The bathroom was clean, but not modern.

We hadn‘t breakfast, but dinner. The diner was good an for a nice price. The pool an rooms are very nice an the view is very good! The people from the hotel was very friendly and helpful!

The accomodation is far from restaurants, shops or activities so you'll need a driver. Several bungalows (especially the one in the back) have a drain odor problem and none of them have sufficient hot water. A small fridge or cold drinking water would have been nice. The reception was really unfriendly (even though we notified them of a later arrival) and although this gradually improved, communication with the staff always seemed a little difficult.

A beautiful villa with four detached bungalows (of which we rented three simultaneously). Very spacious rooms which are reasonably well equipped. Nice bathrooms, a great pool and stunning views on the surroundings. The staff can prepare breakfast and dinner, which is basically mandatory since there are almost no other options.

Inconsistency with hot water. At times only like warm for shower and warm for other times.

The outlook and surrounds within grounds were great. Good location for proximity to Mount Batur home. The grounds staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The little village closest to the villas is not the nicest village I saw in Bali - there's a lot of rubbish on the streets and everywhere. There are really no facilities such as shops or restaurants within walking distance of the villas. However, there are other villages with restaurants etc just a few kilometres away which would be easy to reach with a scooter or car. We had all our meals at the villas, although options were a little limited, especially for vegetarians.

The property was very quiet and relaxing. The pool was great and really clean. The views were amazing with the volcanos close by. The villas are on family property which is also farmed so it felt like being closer to Balinese culture than just being in a resort or something. We could actually watch the family preparing the land to plant the next crop of shallots.

A little far from local warangs but renting a scooter is easy. Food at the restaurant was also easy option.

Great quiet local spot, the wonder down into the next village was stunning. Lovely quiet spot with some beautifuk scenery. Febry was fantastic, thank you!!

The sewage smell in the bathroom was at certain points very unpleasant and could smell it in the bedroom especially during the night.

Wholes in the roofs, strong humidity issues (not regular Bali humidity but full on blooming mushrooms across the walls).

The staff was very helpful and understanding when we explained how disappointing the property wise. We ended up canceling our booking as it was not safe for us to stay with a kid and they understood and offer a refund.
