We are very understanding about the construction going on because that’s pretty much all throughout Bali. That didn’t bother us. However the road noise was unbearable. Couldn’t sleep in the first villa as it is located in the corner of a busy T intersection. We requested to move to a villa away from the road and this was much better. Lounge area is very uncomfortable so found it hard to relax downstairs. The pool area was dirty in the first villa due to the trees surrounding the villa, however was much better in the second villa as this was more secluded.

The staff here are very attentive and very helpful. We requested to move villas and they were very accommodating. Had a bike ready for us as requested. Only a 10 minute bike ride from main areas, restaurants and cafes.

About the only thing that comes to mind is that there is some construction in the area - but this is typical in Uluwatu and did not disturb us. We were aware of this from other reviews, and the owner alerted us to this at booking.

The Villa was great. Service and support was excellent. The team were also able to help sort out an issue with a flat tyre on a scooter rented from a third party. And arrange car service to take us to the airport.

Brand new villa, perfect for solo travelers or a couple. I was remote working and the villa was perfect with a big table in the living + wifi working well. The bedroom and bathroom were well sized and comfortable. Definitely a nice option, especially if you need privacy. The villa manager was very kind and always responsive to any request. The kitchen in well equipped. There are building works all around, but this was not a major issue for me.

Completely new Villa ideal for a couple. Had all the amenities you could think you need - the lemongrass toiletries my favourite! Location was great also, specially if renting a motorbike for your stay. Definitely recommend this stay in Uluwatu - can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the great and friendly staff :)

Surrounded by construction but most places in Bali have this. Didn’t bother us much.

It's a nice location but like many place sin Bali there's construction around and broken roads that make it not easy to drive. the workers opposite of the villa would watch me and make lots of comments - which is not the villa's fault but made me feel uncomfortable as a woman. Inside the villa was a weird persistent smell.

Beautiful villa, amazing bathroom and comfy bed with cute bougainvillea flowers around. I didn't cook but the kitchen has everything you need, including a coffeemachine, microwave etc. Would be great for a longer stay. The staff ws easy and fast to communicate with and when there was an issue the staff would come and fix it right away. Still brand new and just like the photos - everything felt really luxury and was so comfy. I would've loved to stay longer.

1. The bathroom drainage was so bad that after one shower the entire bathroom is flooded 2. Leakage at the basin in the bathroom 3. Construction starts early in the morning and the windows or door don’t have double glazing to protect from the noise

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but won’t stop me staying again

It was quiet, nice location, not very built up area just yet so the seclusion is nice, construction in area but didn’t even notice it!! 1000% will stay again!! Management and the staff team were lovely and very attentive whenever needed, helped with laundry, and organised in villa massage too.. Thank you Moraira Team 🙏🏼❤️

We had a problem with the AC, but the team handled it super quickly. I thought it was a super well-trained team and they made us feel at home. The villa is very cozy, and the staff is super attentive and helpful. I recommend this villa 100%.

Stayed at Moraira Villas in Uluwatu and honestly didn’t want to leave. The place is super clean, stylish, and feels really peaceful. It’s in a great spot too—close enough to everything but still quiet.

* Loose furniture which fell on me while sleeping * Entrance door could not be locked * Very dirty windows * Piles of dirty towels during the entire stay just in front of the property * Even though the property seems to be pretty new it‘s very run down

* Location was ok, but not very central * Checkin process was smooth and easy
