There was electricity shortage, from evening till next morning and the manager didn't take any actions to compensate it. I offered as compensation to give better price for bike rental, but they refused. I don't like such attitude towards clients. Swimming pool gad very strong smell of chloride

Small property in a quiet place, though the bussy main road is just few meters away. Good option to stay if want to explore beach, Uluwatu and be close to the airport.

I came around 9pm, there's no reception, so I had to wait a while for check-in, and the owner is not very easily contactable. But as soon as I could contact the owner, it was good.

The room has all the basic needs for a solo traveler; aircon, hot water, electric kettle, everything works perfectly

We loved staying here so much, we even extended our stay! The staff here were super friendly and helpful. We got daily room cleaning and scooter rental. Inside the room we had a desk which was perfect as we work remotely. There was also a kitchenette, it was nice to have a fridge to store food/drink in. The garden and pool were super nice. The location is nice and close to the main road but tucked away enough so it is quiet. The mall across the main road has a supermarket, and lots of great food options. It was about 20-30mins away from Uluwatu and Nusa Dua but we didn't mind the drive.

Good and quiet location 100m from the main road. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Good room with a big bed. Good condition scooters for rent at the hotel at a good price. I have been here 2 times before and I’ll choose this place on my next vacation as well.

The location is very far from the beaches, by walk to go Jinbaran beach was around 5 Kms, or more was really far, on the website show is was more near.

The staff, the accomodation was excellent, was clean, nice breakfast, they was take care of us, around the accomodation you have mall, place's where you can eat, but the beach is very far to go by walk.

The room design is not standard. There is no mirror or sink to wash your face or brush your teeth. There IS a kitchen sink with a shelf and pans hanging down that you can bang your head on while brushing your teeth. If you need to have a kitchen and can do without a proper sink/mirror for personal hygiene, then I guess that would be o.k. Otherwise the room is basic but very clean and new.

"Breakfast" (only coffee and bread).

Gardens are nice, room is small but ok. It's a cheap place, but I wouldn't consider that they have breakfast (it's coffee and bread only, and I cannot eat gluten... So I would prefer to know that and buy something). It's no usual in Bali this breakfast. For the price it was ok, but we stayed in many other places with this price that was much better.

Upon checking out we were asked to leave a good google review on the spot. After leaving the review the staff then thoroughly inspected the room and charged us for a tiny mark on the bed sheets which I’m certain would come out in the wash. This was all whilst our poor taxi driver was sat outside waiting for us too. Just thought it was a little weird end to what had been a nice stay

Nice little place. Everything is pretty much brand new and very clean. The mini kitchenette in the room is a great addition. Pool area is small but nice and peaceful. Staff friendly. Location just off main road through Jimabran. Short bike to beach.

Great new hotel, very friendly staff and good location. Room was not so spacious, but clean and has a kitchen. Unfornunately, we had problems with ceiling during hard rain, but hotel solvled them next day. Ideal variant to live nore then a week.

The location was not ideal. Only 30 minute walk to Jimbaran but on a very busy road not great for walking On the other hand, if you have a bike or like malls, then this location is great. And get a Gojek is easy enough

Very new property, clean and well-cared for. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air-con was great to have. I liked that it was very peaceful and just off the busy street.

The sink had a horrible smell coming out of it. The drain was clogged up and just smelt horrible. The bathroom also had a horrible smell. We think there was a drainage problem. The property is in a bad location unless you rent a bike, otherwise you cannot walk anywhere.

The property was clean and comfortable. TV with Netflix, fridge for our drinks and pool area was clean. Free water and tea and coffee each day as well as a small complimentary breakfast.

Really nice accommodation, room has plenty of space comes with mini kitchenette and fridge! The staff were lovely, it is a relatively new residence very clean with a pool also. Scooter hire is also offered to anyone looking for it.

No breakfast, just a morning sweet snack with coffee. Not filling at all. Even though they sell it that there is a breakfast. No room / space to enjoy the morning coffee with 2 persons. No sink in bathroom, just in the room near the heater. As there is no space for eating the morning pastry, they wake you up by knocking on your door to pass you the pastry. We had a big half full 5l bottle of water on the ground and with cleaning they threw away the bottle. We mentioned this was our drinking water, but no offer for replacement was made (not required, but would have been nice).

There was a TV, AC, small fridge and cooker. Delicious and comfy bed. They clean the room / make the bed each day.

There was no staff available at the reception in the morning or they were not responding to any of our messages on whatsapp. We had booked the stay with breakfast and there was no one at the reception to ask about breakfast. We checked out from the room without having breakfast and the amount which we paid for breakfast was wasted.
