We had the floating breakfast which was awesome, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

I want to thank all the staff here without exception and special thanks to the reception staff. I have never seen anything like them in terms of warm welcome, sincere smiles, and VVIP service. Very nice cooperation, and their only concern is that you spend a happy time with them. I have never seen anyone like them, and I do not expect to find anyone like them. I thank everyone who did this great work, and I hope that everyone will be like them.

AustraliaThe waterfall shower head had a leak which was shooting randomly in the shower, not really a big deal but just a little annoying. Bathroom could’ve done with some more lighting was fairly dark when trying to get ready. Breakfast was great but the only option for coffee was black coffee, would’ve liked to see a coffee machine.
Our villa was great, felt safe and secure was well cleaned everyday and always had a cute towel animal for our night time turndown. Bathroom was clean, could’ve done with more lighting and the waterfall shower head wasn’t great it had random leaks which were shooting all over the shower. Pool was great, decent size only thing we couldn’t find was the jets switch so was only turned on once our room was cleaned. Breakfast was very yum only thing I would change would be the coffee but it’s not a big deal.

The setting surrounded by jungle was amazing, as was swimming in the pool in the morning and around sunset!

Monolocale Resort - what a place! Clean, aesthetically pleasing, and just so beautiful! I cannot speak highly enough of the staff - so kind, so authentic and they work hard to make this resort feel like your home away from home. I even shed a tear upon leaving because I was so taken aback by how wonderful these people were. Our rooms were clean, had plenty of amenities, had an absolutely huge bed, and a lovely bathroom! The staff were so kind as to give us welcome and goodbye drink vouchers and even a gift on departure which I will cherish and keep forever to remind me of such a beautiful resort. Breakfast was included with our stay and was absolutely delicious! I would recommend this place highly and I wish I had known how lovely it was going to be before I booked so I could have planned to stay longer!

AustraliaThe hot water system needs some adjustments (I could not take a shower and wash my (long) hair at the same time without running out of hot water).
The royal villa is amazing and as per photos, nice large pool and outdoor area. Had a good sleep with a good bed, and the room is dark with curtains. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a Smart speaker ‘Alexa’ in the room. Food at the restaurant is ok. There is also a very nice restaurant (St Jacques) next to the property.

United KingdomThere was some building works going on behind the hotel which resulted in banging from 8am. This wasn’t a major issue as we were out and about through most of the day. The staff were so apologetic even though it was out of their control and not their fault at all.
The hotel was beautiful, food was great and staff were fantastic. The room was so clean and bed was super comfortable.
