It’s authentic, the owners are very nice, welcoming & helpful. I’m thankful I had information on Balinese culture because of them, I even saw a parade, the owner gave me the date and time to see it. + the room is very spacious and the bathroom, clean and their is good wifi. + they suggest activities, if you don’t know what to do.

The family are very nice and make you feel welcomed, their son Joni took us out on trips and we completed all the activities in the local area he is very easy to get along with ! *Best stay so far in Bali!*

Would be useful to have some hooks to hang stuff inside and better night light.

Amazing place, owners are really really nice, rooms are big, shower is huge, location is central, wifi is fine for working (video calls sometimes slow but barely noticeable and lasted only a few secs), there is a shared fridge for fresh food + drinks, aircon is not strong but the walls are really thick so I was never actually hot (even managed to cool down the bathroom). Highly recommend.

The lady host on the property is super friendly and helpful. They also have most of the facilities such as a scooter for rent, package tours (to Mount Batur, ATV, etc. though they are a bit on the costlier side), etc. The location is ideal and at the centre of most of the attractions in Bali. The property is also great value for money.

Only downside was the shower water pressure occasionally dropping for a few minutes, but it wasn't a big deal.

Had an lovely stay here! The location is perfect with great restaurants and tourist attractions just a short walk away. It's a quiet and pleasant place to relax. The couple running the guesthouse are incredibly kind and caring, making me feel right at home. Plus, they have the cutest dog, Bingo, who greeted me every morning!

This place is geat value for money. Simple room with all your basic needs, clean, air-conditioned and works well, big bed and the room overlooks the garden so it has a lot of light and nice to wake up to. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything super clean and the family very helpful and sweet. I booked the room 15 mins before arriving and everything was ready for my arrival. The place is in a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants. You have to pass through a hidden passage behind the main street to get there, but it is very easy to find with signs and has it's interesting local experience advantage. You feel like a local. However, don't expect anything luxurious. It is a simple room , that is comfortable if you are traveling alone or in a couple and not looking to be staying somewhere fancy.

Cars cannot access the property, only scooters.

A small property in the heart of Ubud. The location is perfect! You can easily walk to Ubud centre along Bisma street full of shops and cafes. The street is not noisy and it is a great advantage! Simple property, nothing fancy, but a nice place to stay. The owners are very friendly and attentive. Wifi works well. My room was clean, tea and coffee was always available and breakfast was good! Thank you!

super! the couple running monks house are so kind and caring :) they organise boats to gili and transfers for very fair prices! we also rented a scooter with the couple for a day, the price was fair and the scooter was in a good condition! the house is in a quiet street in the centre and everything is very easy to reach.
