I had high expectations before arriving and my expectations were met! Arman and his wife are the sweetest persons ever and made me feel home. The room view with its hamac on the terrace forces to slow down. The surroundings are very pretty. Accommodation wise, the room is very clean, comfortable and the shower has hot water. Definitely one of the nicest bed/accommodation I had during my 1 month trip within Indonesia. Delicious food on the property as well

This place was veeeeeery good for its value. We could not stay for more than one night as it was fully booked but we would have loved it. We also did the walking tour with Arman, which although was great, was the same as other tour leaders did and that made us find people in every location we went.

The room is very confortable, very clean, the shower is very good ! And the View amazing !! Our hotel was so kind, he gave us a tour of Tetebatu. And breaks fast was very good. I recommend it 100 %

Owner is very friendly. The room is really clean and considering you are almost in the jungle there were no bugs or anything else in the room. Breakfast was amazing.. the best one on Lombok. This is probably the best accomodation you can get in Tetebatu for a really good price.

The best homestay I have stayed in so far (and I am a frequent traveller to South-East Asia for past 8 yrs). Spacious and clean room, set in a beautiful garden. Free toiletries, bottled water, hairdryer, hot shower which was a great plus! The hospitality of the homestay owner Arwan is outstanding. From delicious food (breakfast and dinner, vegetable curry is a must try) to making sure we have everything and feel comfortable at his homestay, to arranging scooter, a driver to next destination, … I would def recommend to go for a day walking tour through rice fields with him, he provides great insights into the culture and traditions of this particular region. Thank you for a wonderful stay Arwan!

The space is absolutely beautiful, and so are the owner and his family. The reason that there are not many reviews yet is that most people book 2-3 nights but end up staying for more than a week. That should let you know how wonderful the place and experience are. The room is new, spacious, well-decorated, ventilated, and has beautiful views of greenery in the garden. The owner is beyond friendly, and he is willing to give you your space or include you in local activities or family meals. It's a great setup for remote working with a desk. Plus, there's also plenty to do in the area, and the host is an expert on the region, and he can provide recommendations and tours. It's also the perfect place to relax and slow down for a bit if that's what calling you. Honestly, if you're reading this and there's availability, book it.

No such thing, Everything was perfect

The location is perfect, quite and chill with the view of the nature straight from the bed, recommended for those who want to connect with the nature and not get bothered by the sounds of vehicles. Pak Arman was super-friendly and caring, always willing to help with any questions/requests we had. And not to mention breakfast is really good, try fried rice with banana pancakes, omg those pancakes. Really good place to stay, hope to comeback here someday

We had a perfect stay with Arman. He’s got a beautiful homestay which is centrally located in Tetebatu. It was very clean, the beds were great and we had a good breakfast. The best thing of all were the great tours. Arman is also a tour guide, we’ve done 2 tours, 1 in which we saw many beautiful waterfalls and visited the monkeyforest and another one in which we did a tour through the rice fields. Lastly, Arman is the most friendly and helpful host we can imagine. All-in-all we had a perfect stay for a very good price.
