How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The AC in the workout room was not working while I was there. That was the only drawback. The workout room itself was much better than I was expecting, except for the AC.
breakfast was great. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough for me. I really enjoyed it.

Pool closing at 7pm. Nothing around in the area.
The rooms are beautiful and well equipped. Unfortunately, they pool closes at 7pm and we arrived too late too refresh ourselves.. The breakfast is excellent. Then hotel is not so close from the airport and there is nothing around in the area. We still liked our stay!

- transported my family of 10 from Gambir station to Hotel in a Hiace with lack of aircon at the back. Sweated for the whole 1-hour journey
- Nice & clean - staff were helpful, friendly, kind and compassionate - Room is nice and smells good - looks new

The hotel has no own territory, therefore, you will probably stay in the hotel all the time (if not you have rent a car or a taxi). It is a kind of cruise on a comfortable ship. Coffee (americano, cappucino) which is prepared in the restaurant is terrible. Do something with it please.
A perfect place to stay for 1-2 nights for business. Little but cosy techno-futuristic absolutely new hotel 25 minutes apart from the Soekarno-Hatta airport. I enjoyed the pool on the roof with a picturesque views of the city, and staff hospitality exceeded my expectations also. I could order some food from the restaurant at 3 a.m. with no problem. Breakfast is okay with enough variety of european cuisine. Can be also considered for families with children for 1 night.

Please provide a hand soap and hand towel next to the wash basin
it’s not too far from the airport and also from Karawaci when using tollroad. the property is quite new and the design is unique but works well. Bed is very comfortable. Room is quite insulated due to the carpeted floors. the FO team honored my request to put me in a room far from the main road.

The ac isn’t cold enough. The room isn’t equipped with noise cancellation wall that’s why I could hear every vehicle passing by. The sheet smells so bad like they never put it into laundry. The location is very inconvenient to drive around. And the spa lady messed up with my massage appointment.

The bed height is somewhat rocket high and only fit for people which 2 meters height or more. Definitely unsafe for kids to climb and jump from the bed. No locking mechanism at the bathroom will leave you with no privacy. Intimate design is always good if its equipped with mitigation idea.
Location is ideally for whom mobiling between Tangerang and BSD to avoid crowd.

Poor housekeeping. I was shocked to see that the toilet had not been flushed when I came in, with waste still present. The shower gel was not refilled, and the towel was stained and worn out.
