The bathroom but this wasn’t the exception. We stayed nearly 10 nights on Gili Meno and except for one place, the other toilets in two other places were dirty as well. We had to buy toilet cleaner and liberally douse this toilet with it which didn’t really help but it made us feel a little better.

Location, a couple of hundred metres from the harbour, the cottages were set back so the passing horse-drawn carts didn’t really disturb us. Breakfast was great, you could refill your water bottles at the kitchen. Right next to a supermarket and 100 metres from a well-stocked local store; within 10 minutes walking distance from a few excellent warungs there was very little to be desired. The staff were great, especially the manager Yon who also exhibited great musical talents with his band at free beachfront performances.

Bungalows really need an upgrade, they are old and partly broken. No hot water, and water from shower and faucet are salty (not fresh). Room and bathroom were not really clean and shampoo/soap were empty, the toilet was leaking. These things would not be an issue if the price would correspond more. Right now the stay is very expensive for what it really is.

Spacious bungalows, large comfortable bed, staff is very nice, good airconditioning. Breakfast is very good, best banana pancakes we had. Next to a 24H supermarket and 5minute walk from the port.

Basically no facilities inside, they just have some snorkels and fins for rental, as well as bikes. Having no flowing fresh water made everything a bit less clean, but that’s a problem common to the whole island.

Convenient location on a budget, large breakfast. Close to the beach with restaurants and markets nearby. We loved having so many cats around, but keep that in mind if you are not into them.

The water pressure is low and some times the water stop working but I think is has to be more with the water suminister of the island than with this place.

The personal is lovely, friendly and helpfull with everything we ask for. Bed super comfy. Cats super cute. The breakfast is really good, specially the banana pancakes with fruit. They rent snorkel gear and you can arrage some shuttles to other places after your stay here.

Maybe the bathrooms. The water pressure was really weak, and I felt like it could help with either a cabinet or shelf as it was empty. The maintenance of some of the furniture could be improved. But overall, a good place!

Very good location, walking distance from the harbor and a dive shop. The breakfast was really hearty, and the staff were really welcoming. AC works well and the bed was comfortable. Bonus for the lovely cats there.

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Perfect for our 2 nights before we moved to a beachfont location. Excellent room, nice breakfast and great laundry service. We hired a couple.of bikes from them for the day to have a look around the island. Good recommendation for a local warung where we enjoyed dinner.

We spent three nights at Meno Turtle Bungalows and loved it. Nice size room with a comfortable bed. A good choice for breakfast which is made to order and you can enjoy on your balcony. Delicous banana pancakes. Super friendly and kind staff. They even provide umbrellas which we thought was a really nice touch as there was a lot of rain! It's about a five minute walk from the pier and around 15/20 minutes walk to the beach where the Nest statue is offshore. Lots of bars and restaurants along the stretch of beach. Totally recommend - very chilled stay.

In one of our rooms, the mosquito net was quite dirty.

The shower was cold and temperature could not be adjusted. The air-conditioning did not work super well. Breakfast was good the first day but on the second day the bread was mouldy. We didn't eat this and didn't say anything about it because we didn't have time to wait for new breakfast. If we had said something about it I'm sure they would have fixed it and given us new breakfast.

They were cute cottages and the staff was very helpful. Snorkels and bicycles were available for rent. Central location on the island.

The staff is just wonderful!! They are so helpful in every way: a friend of mine starting having dengue fever when arrived and they gave cold towels and lend some bed sheets for him to stay at the medical center. They even came with us to see the first doctor. They can help you with anything (I asked for more clothes hangers, bike, horse car) cook good breakfast and can bring to your room. Place is relaxing and it is good value for money. The bed in the luxury bungalows is more comfortable then in the economic room. Otherwise rooms are really cozy and everything is functioning and was clean. They also recommended us a food warung to eat close by. Thank you so much !!

Eggs were a bit vinegary but nice fruit platter accompanying breakfast.

Very close to the harbour, the staff were really nice and accommodating, gave us a welcome drink and a cold flannel, our bungalow was lovely and comfortable. We were able to rent bikes from them too.
