The bathrooms need a damm good clean. The plumbing is bad! I had to have the toilet unblocked, the sink unblocked and on one day had no hot water and the control would not keep the water through the shower. The lock on my door was very dicky, and while I did master it...it really should not be that hard.

Loved the location and the friendly staff. The Resort has a nice homely feel to it. I spent some time on my own as a solo female traveller and felt quite safe.

Ac kept needed to be reset every day as it only worked a couple of hours at a time. Although this seemed to be an isolated incident.

Holes in the ceiling, mould in bathroom, no hot water when having a shower. Old dated furniture.

Very run down, I have stayed here a heap and knew what to expect but this was a bit more than usual. - toilet didn't flush properly, never fixed - 2/4 showers didn't work, never fixed - wasp nest in bathroom, sorted by staff - TVs didn't work, never fixed - most power outlets didn't work - light switches hanging off wall - springs poking out of mattress (kids bed) - stained linens - rooms not properly cleaned - pool needs clean and repair on tiles

3 items of clothing were taken from my husbands bag in the room - a rashie, a shirt & a pair of pants. The staff said they would look into it, but then stopped replying to my messages when I was asking for feedback. He didn't take many clothes with him, so the missing items were noticed immediately. The breakfast was very average. The beds were hard & the sheets weren't changed - every night we were getting into a sandy bed :( The bathrooms were mouldy & the toilets didn't flush well

Extremely run down. Not very clean. Showers were pretty awful. On arrival, lock on door was broken, safe didn't work and room was very mouldy. The power went out in our room and couldn't be rectified until next morning.

Resort could use a lot of maintenance. Our room was meant to be a connecting room but we were given 2 separate rooms which were quite dated and bathrooms needing a lot of upgrade.

Just a little tired and dated is all. But it didn't affect our stay. They just need some minor upgrades such as new pool lounges, new mattress's, sheets and towels. Breakfast could use with a little more variety. Rooms could use a deep clean and freshen up.

Location is excellent, walking distance to everything you need, and easy access to transport if required. Beach directly out the back. Staff are beautiful. Pools are fantastic. Breakfast was sufficient, nice omelette bar and hot options. Rooms are massive (we had an adjoining room to the kids).

This place is old and tired. We stayed here 8 years ago and sadly this will be our last trip. Toilets don’t flush, no water pressure or hot water, roofs collapsed on peoples rooms, air cons not working. It’s a shame as the staff are the best I’ve ever stayed with.

The location is fantastic close to everything. Staff are just lovely, some remembered us from 8 years ago. They go above and beyond for you
