The property in general needs some maintenance work, but overall enjoyed our stay, the location of the hotel to the beach is great.

The location to the beach is great. The main pool needs a bit of work the tiles are a bit dated, the pool is clean daily but just a bit dated and needs maintenance. The room is very large again just needs a bit of maintenance as it is old, the AC was nice and cold, great balcony The staff on the boom gate at the entrance are very friendly and welcoming

Toilet not to good but they come straight away & fix it till it happens again The hotel needs an update especially the toasters at breakfast I went last year & only can cook two pieces at a time all the others don’t work so you can imagine the line up lol But staff are lovely

The first pool near reception was being refurbished so could not use it for a few days. The larger pool was available, as most people were swimming there it got a noisy and rowdy. We had no hot water in the room and the shower head was clogged up, only had one hole working in both showers in our room.

The location was perfect for us with close access to the beach, Jalan Padma and Garlic Lane. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, they were the best thing there.

Our first room had no fly screens and windows that didn’t close so whole family eaten alive. Kettle was full of rust, when asked to change it wasn’t. No top up of coffee etc. first room didn’t even come with a menu/hotel information. Ended up changing rooms to one that didn’t smell of mould and had fly screens etc and found the information booklet to know what the hotel had to offer. The shower pressure barely got you wet, breakfast was awful, wasn’t expecting fancy food at all but most mornings only curry and salad available. The staff were somewhat friendly but not your usual Bali friendly to want to chat etc.

The big pool looks disgusting with stained brown tiles I didn’t want to swim in it. The pool water itself is clean but the staining looks terrible. Last time I stayed pre-covid it was lovely and clean. Pools are one of the most important things I look for in a hotel because my family spends most of our time at the pool. This pool lets the hotel down! I won’t stay again unless it’s fixed up.

Location is perfect everything you need is on your doorstep: beach, shopping, spas, cafe, bars, restaurants, laundry etc, The gardens are pretty and we had the rooms in the new section they were nice. Breakfast is basic but adequate.

The beach in front of the resort had a lot of garbage on it and the ocean had lots of trash in it also but not the resorts fault.
