Property really needs updating, very run down and the sheets and towels were very discoloured. I had to change them as they did not look clean. The bath was very worn and looks dirty/discoloured and pillows awful.

There were 2 good pools, one had shade. Good location

Not exactly wheel chair friendly, a few steps. You can see the beach you just can't access the beach from hotel.

Location and the staff especially Sudiana who went out of his way to ensure we enjoyed our stay, he could not have been more obliging. Each day he made up our room and decorated it with fresh flowers and different animals made from our towels. Perfect.

Not enough power points. Only one in the entire room to charge your phones etc from. Bathroom had a Bath/Shower which I dont like and the shower head was not the best. Phone reception was not good in certain areas of the room and non existent at times.

We used this room as a transit point for our late departure from the Airport,10 minutes from it. Very clean rooms, a little outdated BUT very good. very hot water from the shower which was great. Bathroom was very clean but outdated.

Hotel is clean & very comfortable but they need to do some maintenance work in the toilet. Air conditioning needs servicing. Other than that, hotel is great.

Hotel is in the middle of Kuta Square. Very convenient for me & my friends to just walk around. Easy excess to food & shopping.

Could also do with a really good spring clean of doors, frames and wooden furniture in rooms. Rooms are dated and the lower priced rooms bathrooms are very basic and old but do function. Definitely worth paying the very little extra to go from a superior to a deluxe room.

Property passed its glory days. The cheaper rooms need a thorough clean and refurbishment... The upgrade is underway so consider paying upgrade for comfort. Old bathroom unacceptably poor standard for 2025

The photo used to advertise the property I thought was deceptive. I believed the bungalows had, as the name implies- bungalow-style setting with gardens and grass surroundings. So, too, did the photo of the property. I was surprised on arrival of the oversized multi- level buildings, close together and lacking spaces open to gardens.

It is handy to many desired tourist amenities and amusements.

It has such amazing potential and would have loved to see it pre-COVID. It desperately needs updating particularly the bathrooms. Sadly there was once a spa and pool swim-up bar which are now closed as they didn't reopen after COVID.

The location is amazing, walking distance to all the great restaurants, Waterbom etc The staff were lovely, including the restaurant staff, nothing was too much for them. For the money we paid, a great spot.

No beach access. Barbed wire fence separates beach from hotel. Had ground floor room. No opening windows. Except one onto a wall.

this is very good property but need attention to keep all the facilities in good condition, bath tub in room was of no use due to poor water pressure in tap, swimming pool was not very clean. although when we made a complain staff agreed to change the room but this property can be much better for guest if they can fix certain issues and ensure proper up keep of facilities.
