I was stay in Lotus room, the room was nice and clean, the room seems just being renovated. Only the AC position was not suitable, because the fan it was blow direct to your body while you were sleeping.

My overall stay was good, big swimming pool and beautiful garden.staff was nice and friendly. Big parking lots.

The restaurant is not the best. By the way, it was hard to find a good restaurant in Medewi.

Good value for money, the swimming pool area is great for chilling out, the rooms are spacious and daily clean by the staff. I liked the location for being away from heavy traffic. However, if you are a surfer you’ll need a car or motorbike to go to the beach.

The location is a bit isolated. You need a driver to take you anywhere ( our arranged driver was excellent by the way)You can’t swim in the sea ( the ocean is nearby but way to rough). We wanted to go to Ubud ( daytour handicraft) the “handicraft “ is unfortunately one minute explanation, then you are guided to the (tourist-shops) The traffic around Ubud was a disaster so it took us 3 hours to get back to the resort for 60 km) We saw silver, wood and batic but had to skip Ubud and temple because of the enormous traffic jams. Advise is to book a “nature- daytrip”. The staff could not help this at all so nothing to blame. Their service is excellent.

The resort was very clean, good and pretty big choice menu especially the local food was very tasteful. Also the fresh fruit bowl. The staff is super friendly ( so polite) and helpful. Very nice pool. Nice restaurant with many options including wine and cocktails. They arrange different activities on site ( Balinese dancing). Good choice of daytrips. We had very good and fun fist time surf lessons at 10 min drive medewi-beach, arranged by them with excellent driver. ( English speaking:-) Our room had a fridge, you can make your own coffee and thee. A television and a microwave. Pleasant adjustable airco as well. Good cleaning staff.

The retreat was super clean, well maintained and exceptionally close to a beautiful beach ⛱️ the kids, wife and also myself really enjoyed the stay. We ventured into the local town for a meal a few times and we were definitely satisfied with the local community 😀

- Refusing to refill my water bottle (bcs "they just can't do that" and there is no other option how to get water. Only to buy plastic bottle. Guys, this thinking is from past and very big minus for you. - The walls of my room were very thin and I could hear everything from my neighbours. - They had in profile "bicycle rental" but they have no bikes! - There are even no taxi around (only expensive hotel ones) or bike rentals around, so only thing you can do there is staying in hotel or do short walks. Why they are not able to rent some bikes, when is this place so far from everything? - Sometimes the music from restaurant was very loud, and if you're staying multiple days, the last thing you want is to hear the same playlist over and over again every day :( - first day I got two candles and some free tea bags... as well as second day. Third day I got only one candle and unpacked tea bag in plastic bag. Next days: No candles anymore and only this unpacked tea bags... This was funny, but also quite weird, like they were saving money. (But I was paying same price every day).

+ Nice stuff + Clean place + Cool place without crowds. Very close to the huge beach.

The food could do with a bit of an upgrade. I would recommend sticking to the local menu if you do. There is a really tasty Warung just across the road though.

It’s was super quiet which we loved. The pool was nice and the garden was great for our toddler to run around in. Staff are lovely!
