Room was clean and well organized

No dressing table. Had to ask for fresh towels upon arrivals and was initially told that laundry didn't send back the towels yet. Water pressure in washroom was low

Price was good and the blanket was nice

Mold in the room and the table on the wall was about to fall off. Also the access was a bit weird.

All of the staff here are the sweetest most helpful staff I’ve ever come across, they get 10/10. The location is so convenient, with a supermarket right next door, many restaurants all around and right next to central Ubud. The deluxe room was very nice and spacious. The wifi was always excellent. One of my favorite parts was that it had the least amount of insects and geckos inside the rooms compared to all other places I stayed in in Bali.

As much as I loved the staff and location, there were a couple of issues during my stay. I stayed for 2 weeks and every night when I showered, there was no warm water. Sometimes if I showered in the afternoon there was warm water but never at night. That was very uncomfortable for me. The other issue was that sometimes I could hear construction noise, even after midnight at like 1am someone was doing loud construction work which I thought was absolutely insane. The minibar (fridge) also didn’t work, so I had to put my fruits and drinks in the staff’s fridge downstairs.

The bed was comfy. Nice location

The AC was leaking on my first night and last night, it makes my clothes wet. Bad smell from the toilet. The bottle of hand gel was empty from the beginning. No hot water on the first day, but on the next day that's coming also doesn't last long. Overall, just good for sleep.

Everything was very good. Thé shower works, you just have to wait little bit for the hot water Comes so no worries :)

Great place for accommodation, very good value for money. Big, modern & clean rooms and great customer service. Right next door to a big supermarket, walking distance to city centre. I was only going to stay here 1 night but extended because it was so good.

No pool or any common area where you can hang out, but if you just need a room to sleep in I would definitely recommend, the room was way better than I expected for this price.

The location is near ubud center. Walking distance. Spacious

The shower is running very slow at the beginning. Need to wait for a minute or more to have it run and warm.
