Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIn room 102, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly for weeks. The basin was stained, trickle of water out of the tap, and the drain was blocked with gunk. The shower really smelled, hair, rubbish on the floor, and visible orange gunk on the shower tiles. In the bedroom were 2 big patches of black mould on the ceiling.. I asked for another room, but all were taken. The air con was very noisy that I had to switch it off to sleep. Very disappointed.
The bed was comfortable, 2 small bottles of drinking water, tea,coffee and kettle supplied.

TaiwanAt first the front part of the building doesn't convince me. I thought I was gonna stay in an unmaintained place but it turned out the inside far exceeded my expectations.
It's hard to find an affordable place in central Ubud with complete facilities. Fortunately ME Rooms delivers. Wifi, TV, mini fridge, private bathroom, everything is included here at a cost lower than other nearby accommodations. I can buy food downstairs or at the nearby cafe as well.

The room was super comfortable, and the amenities were great. It's also really close to the attractions we wanted to check out. The service was awesome, and we had a great time that night.

room is brightly lit and clean, the staff and the balinese family that lives on the 1st floor is very helpful and friendly. i thought i would have to carry my luggage up, the staff helped me carry them all the way to my room.
