Reviews of The Maya Seminyak Villas 4 stars

This was a return stay for us and once again this property and the incredible staff exceeded our expectations.

A little noisy at night from the band at nirvana bar - but usually finished around midnight.

We love the Maya and have stayed multiple times. Villas are traditional style, pools are big and the Villa compound has loads of space, beautiful gardens and traditional furnishings. The location is just a few steps from Eat Street providing easy access to bars, restaurants, shopping, supermarket, Seminyak flea markets and Seminyak Village. You can step out a grab a taxi within a minute or less is you need to travel further afield.

We live the older traditional style so that is not a problem, however it’s time the mattresses were replaced. The only other thing is that since the onsite restaurant/bar has closed, the vibe isn’t as social with the villa staff and with other holiday makers.

Amazing location and decent size villa for a family.

Property is a little tired and requires a spruce up. Breakfast was poor, like something you would get at a low cost hotel. Pool and pool tiles needs a thorough clean.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa. It was Definitely a good location right near Eat st. The villa is a bit old but extremely spacious with a fantastic pool.

A few things didn’t work but the manager was quick to fix it.

The bath water supply was poor and insufficient pressure to oprate the bath shower

It’s in a great location , just a short stroll to the mark road of Seminyak. The 3 bedroom pool villa is huge and great for family and friends. The staff are very attentive and the rooms are clean.

Unfortunately for our stay, the restaurant and bar were closed and we had to preorder and pay extra for breakfast $25 per person/per day as they had to use a local outside restaurant. It was cheaper to eat outside the villa. The place is also looking quite tired and needs some restoration works

The location is excellent. Close to shopping and restaurants. The pool was great and the layout of the villas very nice. Plenty of room and the staff were excellent.

The villa was great but the property needs a little general aesthetics work done. New paint or clean of stone, driveway relaid, new cushion cover in gazebo. The breakfasts due to delivery from outside hotel always required heating in microwave. Would have been great to have the restaurant out front open but it must be owned by someone else.

The staff was top-notch, and the massage therapists are the best in Seminyak. We stayed 3nights, every day had massage.

The location of this property is great. Nice and central to a lot good bars and restaurants and within a 10/15 minute walk to the beach. Easy taxi run.

The villa is desperate for a makeover to modernise the living and bedroom spaces.

Comfortable large bed, great pool and excellent location.

Shower was very poor and lounges were not comfortable to sit on.

We loved our stay at the Maya Seminyak villas. The location was excellent, the staff were lovely, and the villa itself was quiet and relaxing.

The property is in a great location, just around the corner from the bars and restaurants, but incredibly quiet. The villa was large and had everything we needed.
