As before - when you take a shower, the bathroom gets flooded. The towels are not very white.

It is the second time I am staying at Maximillian, and the staff is really great. We enjoyed sauna once again, I especially liked the cold pool. The new menu at the restaurant is very exciting.

I found the property to be generally good, but there were a few things that could be improved(the bedsheets, pillows and towels need to be clean. The Additionally, the TV programs should more variety of Chinese drama and the TV is not cleared.] I could have made the stay more convenient. Overall, it was a nice place, but with a few minor areas for improvement.

I liked the property’s clean and well-maintained environment, along with its convenient location. The design was modern yet cozy, and the amenities made the stay comfortable. It had a great balance of privacy and accessibility, making it a great place to relax.

The first thing is the mirror in my bathroom and my waterer boiler is not working..... And my telephone is not working 😔 bad wife........worst thing is room service starts after 1pm you can't order food in the morning 🤯 food tastes must be improved I'm saying this because I'm a chef 😅 most off them were technical problems which can solve very easily..... But Shure If I come back again I'll come to this hotel. Hope my water boiler works ☝️🤣

The initial room had insects inside, the refrigerator looked old and damaged, the towels were grey and the beddings were stained. In upgraded room only the towels remained grey, the rest was fixed. Face massage is not available at spa.

It is close to the Karimun port and surrounded by nice shops and exchange offices. For an extra payment the room was upgraded, because of problems at the initial room. Their spa offers a variety of services, and the masseur Lisma made fantastic back massage and feet reflexology massage. The restaurant downstairs offers delicious dishes served by kind staff. Great sunsets can be observed from the corridor on the fifth floor.

THE BREAKFAST ITEMS NEEDS TO WARM UP AS THE FOODS ARE VERY COLD ..... SUGGESTION TO USE FOOD WARMERS . THE COFFEE NEEDS TO BE STRONGER AS IT IS VERY BLAND.

THE HOTEL HAVE IMPROVED ON THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WITH MORE VARITIRES. THE FOOD WAS TASTY. THE REDECORATION OF THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS AWESOME.

Water flow from shower area to the common area.. Making the whole washing and toilet area wet. Can easily add a barrier to prevent water flowing out of shower area.

Walking distance to port and many restaurants. One stop shop for stay, food, spa and family ktv. Good breakfast with varieties of local dishes.
