Superb place to stay in Gili T. The location is very good, only 2 minutes away from the main street where all the beachfront restaurants are but in a quiet street. The rooms were extremelly clean, the breakfast had several options and the staff was outstanding (they helped us with the transfer from the airport, renting bikes and gave us some excellent tips about restaurants and beachclubs). I would specially like to thank Michele (reception desk) for being so helpful, polite and nice with us.

I'm sure it could have been turned off but the lights in the mini fridge are very bright.

What drew me to the hotel was the lovely spa music and relaxed vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and lovely! Even made sure I didn't miss my ferry when I slept in(thank you!) and helped me with plasters for an injured hand. The room was a good size and had a balcony and view over the pool. It's a good distance from the main bars so it's not too noisy but still walkable.

Absolutely loved our stay! The rooms are generous and very comfortable and clean. The pool is lovely and the place is extremely calm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is great, easy to beachfront, southern side and across to the other side of island. Snorkeling spot close by. The mosque is also close by so it’s very loud in the early morning but it’s over quick enough. Would definitely stay again.

It is no one fault but the mosque is very noisy and especially during Ramadan. I was woken every few hours.

This was the most comfortable room I have stayed in yet in Indonesia. It was quiet and comfortable. I loved everything about this hotel. I was booked someplace else that was not comfy and I switched to this place and was very happy. I liked the coffee and tea options in the room with the electric kettle. It was excellent!

The hotel is conveniently located close to the main commercial area, yet tucked away from the noise. The resort owner, Elena, is directly involved in running the property and the staff are very friendly, capable and responsive. The room was spacious and clean. The staff provided "Gallon water" (i.e. drinking water procured in large plastic barrels and then transferred into two glass bottles and delivered to the room) whenever I required it - day or night. When my daughter fell ill (exhaustion from multiple dives) the team were on hand to provide any support required. All-in-all, this resort felt very homely.

Daily room clean did not include change of fresh towels - this had to be requested.

The pool area was lovely. The staff were very helpful. The bike rental was process was easy. The location was good, on the lively side of the island but not too close to loud bars.

Doors don’t shut properly so couple of mosquitos in the room but that’s bound to happen on and island

The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond for you. The property is gorgeous and the cutest little cat just chills around. Loved it here only a ten minute walk from middle of island where it would be busy.

Absolutely nothing

Everything! From the friendly staff, to the beauty spa onsite! We had lovely adjourning interconnecting rooms for our family of 4 that walked straight out onto the pool. It was simply a stunning, quiet place to stay.
