We loved the location, near to points of interest and lovely restaurants with fair prices. The size and deco of the room with a lovely view to the garden made us feel very relaxed and at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and caring.

No problem but maybe important to know - no direct street access so you have to be able to bring your luggage the 200m into the narrow alley next to the Ramen restaurant.

The entrance door and the balcony door aren't closing perfectly so lots of insects and rain water come inside the room (caterpillars crawling on the floor, lizards, and even a cockroach that kept me awake one night), there is soap only in the shower and it doesn't really foam, the soap dispenser was not well stuck to the wall so it fell on my foot while using it normally

The place is walking distance to everything, staff really nice and friendly, overall it looks ok

The room looked cute at first glance, but there were a lot of little small things like one of our towels had a giant hole in it, there were weird stains on top of the canopy bed, etc. The room wasn't filthy, but it wasn't sparkling clean either.

Lovely location tucked off the main road and hidden, our room had an amazing view/sunrise, staff was nice.

my AC broke while I was there, they tried to fix but it did not work. my fridge was verrrrry loud at night. my downstairs neighbors knocked to tell me to be quiet but I’m alone and was lightly walking around. the wifi is slow.

the location here is amazing. the room had such a great view too, felt like I was so far away but in fact I was so close to everything! the staff is very friendly and the greenery is stunning!! the value is hard to beat in Ubud. super close to all stuff.

Compared to 4 years ago the rooms are a bit runned down. The sheets and towels had stains. Pool didnt look very clean. Overall the accommodation is good value for the money though.

Location is great for yoggis as YogaBarn is just 5 mins away. Also the accommodation is further away from the main road so pretty quiet. However there is a construction going on next door so there is some noise from it during the day.

I liked the location of the property in Ubud, the surrounding and the cleanness of the room is perfect. Staff is very help-full and friendly. Super quiet and green area, a lot of nice instagram places. Walking distance from grocery shops, bars, caffès , yoga places. Nice minimalistic room with everything that you might need if you are having a short and cosy trip.

Everything about it! From the attention and service to the room was so comfortable. It's close to all the restaurants and shops from Ubud and you can walk anywhere. Also, it is a great place to rest.

Everything the staff are so good and friendly and so helpful lost my phone at the shop across the road on my last day and didn’t realise until I was in Canggu and they went out and found it and keeper it safe I’m so grateful I couldn’t recommend this place enough and it’s a family run and there all lovely
