Difficulty in getting to it - only access is pedestrian via a dirt walking track from a busy main road, or along the beach front path from the port. Very awkward with luggage and with arranging transport pickup.

My only little complaint that there were quite a few small ants in the bedroom. Personally ants don’t bother me especially that they were the tiny ones but it should be addressed.

The view from my room was amazing. It was such a relaxing stay. The staff was awesome and helpful! Port Sanur was closed due to weather and they tried to find me a way to get back using the other port so they managed my ride there and my ride from my arrival destination.

The path to the villas is untidy with rubbish, but it is next to local people living in the area. The beach where the villas have stairs to iis beautiful and is another way to exit the location.

Attentive staff helped with a proposal on the beach on the day I asked them. They helped me retrieve my lost phone from a driver after a tour and were amazing people. Breakfast was brought to room at the time requested. They have a digital concierge you can contact via WhatsApp for any questions or requests, which is really helpful! They are really great people! They went above and beyond.

No pool on site, but with a private outdoor bathtub and access to beach still lovely. Difficult to find at the beginning, no car access walk in or motorbike only.

This Villa is amazing! It was probably the best stay of our trip. The whole place is very clean, located a little distance from the main street. The private bathroom is on the back of the villa (outside, but very private). The private garden with beach view is amazing. Close by is big supermarket with good prices.

No complaints it was amazing

The property was stunning! The beach front views were amazing, very comfy bed and great supply of amenities. The staff were amazing, Affan went above and beyond what was asked. It was my partners birthday they put flowers and made a cake as requested which was lovley! Very close to the harbour slight trek on foot for a few meters but well worth it. It was also lovley having breakfast in our room on the beach front views- amazing food!!!

Gorgeous place that’s well located. Outdoor bathroom was amazing. Only have very tiny complaints like the tub takes forever to fill. But overall it’s amazing and would stay again. We wished we could stay longer!!!

Beautiful, clean, and right by the beach. Like literally right outside your door. The service was amazing with incredibly attentive staff just a WhatsApp text away. They arranged all our activities and drove us to anything we wanted. It’s in a very quiet spot, but just a 10 minute beach walk to restaurants and resorts if you want live music and more people. Pack light, it’s either a scooter ride or 15 minute walk to the docks. Cars cannot get there!

Everything was good😁

This a new property, very clean and beautiful. They have 5 rooms/villas all private and beautifully constructed. The beach is not exactly private but you will hardly have any privacy issues. Staff js super friendly. This place is 5 minutes away from the port which makes it ideal. Staff came to the port to pick us up for free and also dropped us for free. Welcome drinks were amazing.

Everything was perfect.

The hotel is very close to the port. There are petrol bunk, pharmacy, shopping mart and many good eateries closeby. Cab drops us 50mtrs away from the hotel and it's an easy walk. The staff was extremely helpful, they offered to drop us back to the port as well. They were always available on call. Additionally the rooms are right on the beach, just a step away from dipping your feet in the ocean.

If our taxi driver didnt know where is the house its little bit hard to find because there is no sign on the side of the road about the house and the way to the accomodation needs some lights because its too dark in the evening.

The path there is a bit much with luggage--grab someone at port to help you. Dark path at night, but you get used to it. Super crowded tourist traffic during day--but they clear out at night.

Right on the beach--white sand and blue water. Step off your private terrace onto the beach. Just a short walk to restaurants. The room itself is lovely--new and still has it's shine on. Loved the swinging bed and the sunsets are amazing. Affan was terrific and very accommodating.
