They need to lock up their dogs. They are so loud and no one cares

Good location

the walls are paper thin you can hear absolutely everything from the communal toilets and rooms next door. We ended up ending our stay early. You can stay at a homestay for cheaper and better facilities. The walls have gaps in the wood so mosquitos and bugs easily enter. The drain in the showers smells awful.

great value for money

good location and reasonable price for a private room and AC dogs barking during the night and very invasive (i like dogs) but they can't give you your space; the walls are too thin, impossible to sleep, i've heard slamming doors and different noise all the time

tucked away from the main road but close to everything, quiet, beautiful views of the mountain, great clean bathrooms and rooms

Location is very central to shops and restaurants in Kuta. Beds were comfy and AC worked well.

Very noisy. They have two dogs tied up out front that were barking and whining all night until 2 AM, then again very early in the morning. It was very disruptive and not at all conducive to sleeping. It was too loud for earplugs to be any help.

The staff was awesome, three toilets and four showers, the best nasi campur of Kuta just in front of the place. AC works well and the free water is nice and fresh.

The wall are pretty thin so you hear everything from the other rooms.

The rooms seemed to be quite new. The AC was working more than well, and they had free water and coffee the whole day :)

Unfortunately, there isn't a good soundproofing. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you... also they are quite small.. Sometimes, we had to ask for example for a second towel more than once.. The staff is friendly :) but the place needs a bit of improvement

Nice place. wifi was good and bed was comfortable. AC workered really good.

The mosquitos are pretty bad. but is was also rain season. just make sure to have spray.

Cozy room. Comfy bed. Nice patio and in a great location.

Took a little to find someone once I reached property. Staff guy who served me looked miserable pretty much my whole stay. Rooms get a little hot dont know if my ac pump was broken. Can be a little load if you have neibhours who talk alot.

Lovely place, rooms were clean and towels and some toiletries provided. Had a hot and cold water station that was bottled water. Staff were lovely and was perfect location.

Close to the centre of the town and still very quiet. Nice terrace, very comfy bed.

A lot of rubbish near the entrance gate and looks like building side.

Bathrooms could use improvement and be more clean. Only one sink was good, the others had time sensors and were terrible.

Structure is new, cozy atmosphere inside the bungalow, nice porch. Bathrooms are in common but were ok. Bed was very comfy, probably still new mattress.
