Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything is amazing, great location with a variety of f&b within and near property, a wide range of facilities many of which are free for hotel guests. Breakfast when booked is also quite filling, I am vegetarian- so had options as well. Rooftop social club is great with music, pool, food .

Beautiful fixtures and fittings. Amazing breakfast with a good choice. Very attentive staff. Fabulous rooftop terrace pool, bar and restaurant. Again brilliant staff. The best location with the beach straight across the road. Super sunset view across the ocean and chilled vibes. Would book again in a heart beat!

The hotel surprised me. I had no expectations when arriving, but the staff were so friendly and welcoming it felt like home immediately. The breakfast was brilliant, laundry service was great, the spa ladies were magical, the roof top pool was exceptional and the social club was a vibe.
