That the owners were European and not friendly at all. Their children were loud and screamed and took over pool area which made it not so relaxing.

There were some works done at the resort, which is understandable but sometimes it was noisy at night.

Great location. The room had all the comforts, including a tank of filtered water which was very handy. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The beach has a nice bar/restaurant and we had breakfast on the beach. There are sunbeds and its a great spot for sunrise. The sea is quite rocky, but turtle point is about 15 minutes walk and it's worth for swimming and snorkeling. Some days we rent a bicycle for about £2 per day. The staff is really helpful, Anggun was amazing and she helped us booking snorkeling or anything else we needed. But everyone was very friendly and helpful. There is a cinema next resort that shows a nice range of films, from Nemo and Coco, to Pulp fiction or Fight club. For everyone.

The first night the bed sheets were not proper cleaned, the pillows didn’t smell well, we advised next day and they changed it and all was fine. The third day they didnt make the room, it was not bad but it would have been good to know that we needed to advise abt the need of the cleaning

I would recommend this hotel. The Staff was great the front desk people and the people from the restaurant at the beach, always attentive and with a big smile to give that we appreciated. We needed the breakfast one of the days earlier to take away and they happily helped with not problem. The location and the hotel in general are very nice, quite place in the island and near to the sunset spots

Not hotels fault but because the lounge/dinning area is not closed off from the outside it is prone to mosquitoes. Make sure you have bug spray.

Own private pool, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the west side of the island so you get great sunsets and is away from the busy night bars on the east of the island. Open air cinema at next hotel which was great that anyone can enjoy.

We had bed bugs in our room and I got eaten alive on the first night. Sprayed fly spray everywhere the next night and it wasn’t as bad…

The living room had no AC unit. Sonic you wanted to watch tv you would be sweating. Villa patio had a few items of garbage (beer bottle cap). Both bathrooms in the villa had bad shower drainage. Water would come up over the edge of the show rock basin and into the sink area / walking area. The music from other resorts would somehow find its way into the bedrooms. Like through the thatched room. It sorta sounded like there was a little speaker in the ceiling. Music from other resorts would stop at 10pm.

We moved to a villa (beachfront villa) from the more basic room for our final night here. Good view of the beach and sunsets. Family or group of 4 people (two pairs) would be nice as the two bedrooms are private from one another. The basic room was better. The staff were great. Very nice and accommodating. Note the beach area bean bag chairs are free to use if you stay here. No need to buy a drink to stay and use.

The lobby area fountain pools could use a cleaning. The resort needs a little maintenance. But overall was clean.

Accommodating staff, treating us well and were fun to chat with. Our booking came with breakfast included. Ate on the beach in the mornings with fast service. Breakfast was average. No complaints. Note - the beach bean bag chairs are free to use if you stay here. No need to buy drinks to use them. At sunset is when the mala garden bar makes its money so they will make sure you buy a drink or just tell them you are staying there. Rooms have a large jug of water in them. Wonderful touch!

Few more options for breakfast would be nice (four to choose from) for those staying several nights. And gluten free options.

We had a villa with pool. Private pool was very big and rooms were lovely. Right on the beach, close to other restaurants and shops. Love cycling around the island. Breakfast on the beach was beautiful.
