Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Australiawe had a fan in the room, it was extremely squeaky. we booked a double bed and arrived to two single beds, both with only woollen blankets on them no sheet. the bathroom is very basic and smelt like sewerage. shower was cold water only which was fine as the room had no aircon so we welcomed a cold shower.
we arrived at 1am and reception staff woke up to let us into the room. good location on poppies lane.

United KingdomLocated in a very dark street and difficult to find. We couldn’t find it the first evening. Very noisy as not too far from very busy part of Kuta. We arrived and chose not to stay. It didn’t appear safe enough to leave our bags there either. Great if you’re a guy back packing or a group of surfers wanting a cheap room but not as a stop over. However, the price reflects it! We just didn’t think it would be Located in the area it was.

United StatesRoom smelt wet and was full of mould. Uncomfortable to even use the bathroom without holding my breath due to the terrible smell. Shower was cold, had to purchase my own toilet paper and had to ask for wifi password to be put into each individual device. Ended up buying my own air freshener for room. Staff were loud at night, talking and partying outside of room up until 4am in multiple nights. Overall, better value for money at other places in the area
