The breakfast could be a little more varied.

We were a bit unsure at first because it didn’t have many reviews, but we were very happy in the end. It’s a beautiful place, with a nice pool, very clean and pretty rooms, good TV in the room, and kind staff. The room was cleaned every day. We really recommend it!

A few more items on the buffet would of been helpful to save on time

The breakfast was nice, with a small selection of buffet items, and the option to order from a menu.

It is quite long walk to the beach. The water in the pool was also cold, it should be warmer a bit.

Cons: it was very windy when we visited so the sliding door to our room constantly rattled. I suggest traveling with Mack earbuds, because once I had those in I was able to sleep throughout the night. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable. If you like firm beds you may actually enjoy the bed, but I prefer to feel like I’m sleeping in a cloud. If I could travel with a mattress topper I would. I would still consider staying here again, and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. We stayed here for 4 nights. Thank you for having us Mahameru ♥️

Whenever we arrived back at Mahameru Uluwatu, it always felt like stepping into a peaceful oasis secluded from the busy streets. The parking area is huge and felt so welcoming, and stepping into the pool garden area was even more enjoyable. None of our neighbors were partying so it felt very calming and quiet to be on the property. Mahameru is very close to the main attractions of Uluwatu. It was far enough to feel separated from the chaos but close enough for a 5min ride to a yoga class at Alchemy. Pros: we stayed in room 211 which was huge, and located on the corner for the building so our room had a direct view of the ocean which felt so special to wake up to.

Our shower pressure didn’t really work and we had the most horrific sewerage smell that no one could figure where it was coming from in our room. That was really gross but otherwise we enjoyed it.

The small road connecting from the main road to the hotel is very dark at night. Hotel management team can consider having bigger signs in the main road. It will be easier for guests/ grab driver to identify the way to the hotel.

Very friendly staffs and clean room. Nice swimming pool and good view for sunsets from my balcony. The hotel is located in a very quite area.

We had breakfast included. When we came for breakfast, we waited for it about 30 minutes every time, which is too long for scrambled eggs and sausages. They also did not have iron at the property

It is very quite and peaceful as it is not located straight on the street. Facilities are amazing, everything was very clean and comfortable. Staff were always friendly

We loved everything about this place. It was a Mother and Daughter get together trip living either ends of the world…..so I wanted somewhere special to stay and it ticked all the boxes. We stayed in the Suite which was a great balance with enjoying being out in the day and then having a chilled lovely room with views for the evening. The place is so relaxed and welcoming all the staff are lovely and happy. We had food a few times in the evenings and it was very tasty. If you want the night life it is not far but equally as a family, couple or travelling on your own in that area then a great base.

We loved our time at Mahameru Uluwatu. The place is quiet, clean, and full of charm. the rooms are cozy, and the staff are super friendly. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Uluwatu. We’ll definitely be back!

Don't take their Spa service!!, they charged us exorbitantly high for the Balinese massage, almost 3 times of the usual cost in Bali and the massage itself was just ok

There was constantly a really bed smell from the AC in the room, specially in the night. Breakfast is really poor, no options a part eggs and bacon. We book also because was written “daily spa access” - there’s no any spa, it just means you can book and pay a massage being a guest. If you surf, there’s no space for surfboards or hang swimwear outside. There’s no silent time so can get noisy till night

The room is really clean and new, the bathroom is big and the view is stunning. Bed is really comfortable.

1. The shower would always get flooded due to the blocked drain. 2. I got scammed through the hotel’s chat. Somebody sent me a msg saying that my reservation would be cancelled if I didn’t add my card number for deposit due to security reasons. 3. All four nights I was there I slept incredibly bad due to the hardness of the pillow. I’ve never had this much issues in a place before. I’m definitely not going back.
